You've seen me express it here many times - that we rise by lifting others, and for today's Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation, I bring you four quotes, from Jon Gordon, Liz Murray, Brian Tracy, and Napoleon Hill, that speak of exactly that. We succeed by helping others succeed.

"You can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed." - Napoleon Hill
As a practical example of what I mean, I paused this post to go to a small morning check-in and logistics meeting in the intentional community where I live, and coordinated with Ano (one of the main founders of this community) for him to help me put of a shadecloth over a new section in his nursery to cover my plants that I'm setting up there (I'll have my plants in two nurseries on opposite sides of the property). He's letting me use space in his nursery to give me more space for my plants that I very much need, and I'll help him maintain his nursery, since I'll be down there more often taking care of mine. I'm also going to unload his truck for him this morning (after market yesterday) so that he can go to the leadership council meeting. So this morning we helped each other, because in truth our individual success does benefit each other positively, and our whole community. It's a win-win.
I know, also, from my own personal experience, when I have success and abundance in something, I naturally desire to share it with others, to help them. This is how it should be from my perspective. We don't succeed alone, but together.
