Good afternoon everybody, this post is my entry to the new round of the ATW challenge, hosted every week by @bucipuci, where we have the opportunity to show and see beautiful places around the world.
Last Saturday I was about to leave work and I was on the fourth floor of my university, admiring the beautiful view from up there and I thought that would make for a perfect picture to show you a little bit of my city.
My university is located in El Calero neighborhood, which is not too far from downtown. Going straight along the road you see in the picture and then to the left you will reach the city main streets in no time. The landscape is full of green, as Pinar del Río city is characterized by this, a lot of nature. And you can't see many buildings or big constructions as we don't have many of them, but is a beautiful simple city, I promise.
You won't notice this much of course, but from here I can spot some of the most iconic places in the city like the ETECSA tower ( this is a telecommunication company), the baseball stadium and the roof of the wedding palace.
When I'm at work I don't have much time to stop and just admire the incredible view, and when it's time to go I don't pay attention to this, but I'm glad I could do it just to show you, and come to think of it, it's a bit relaxing.
