For years, I thought I was falling behind — lost on my own path in life. But this trip to Batanes made me realize one thing: I’m becoming something more than I could have ever imagined. As to what that something is, I don’t need to know all the answers. I don’t have to figure everything out. I just need to keep moving forward because I’ve already made it through all the versions of myself.
Sometimes, moving forward isn’t about chasing something new — it’s about finally having the courage to let go. This time, I’m choosing to let go of the "what ifs", the doubts, and the lingering memories of things I wish had done differently. The ghosts from my past that still quietly follow me — I’m ready to release them.
Growth doesn’t always look like some grand breakthrough. More often, it’s in the quiet, personal decisions. Like saying, “I don’t want to carry this anymore.” In this soft, vulnerable space, I’m finally loosening the grip on the rules I once thought I had to live by.
Here’s to letting go. Here's to healing. Here's to finding freedom in simply being. 🌿
