Sometimes, I ask myself the question, what exactly is my support in life?
This question is appropriate, because sometimes it seems that the earth is slipping away from under our feet and everything around us is collapsing, such was the case, for example, on the day when my family and I watched the explosions of three ballistic missiles in our city.
It didn't feel like panic, it was something else, strange.
The first thought was to support all the walls with something and protect the windows from rocket fragments, but would this be a reliable support?
I doubt I could have done anything more reliable than what you see in this photo, which, at the time, made me smile. The man tried to make a reliable support for the second floor of his house from weak boards.
I think that prayer, in this case, is a more reliable support.
