«¡Dije que está bien, pero no era el método a utilizar!». «Pero, ¿por qué sí arrojó la solución al problema?», respondí. «Bueno, porque soy el profesor y mando en mi clase».
Cuando nos permitimos perder la individualidad del ser, y no defender y abrazar en lo que creemos y que las cosas las podemos hacer diferentes para llegar al mismo fin, poniendo a prueba el talento. Y no seguir a las masas porque sí, solamente porque los demás lo desearán. Al defender nuestra propia opinión acerca de cualquier tema y no caer en el pensamiento colectivo ni en imitaciones, demostramos y protegemos nuestras creencias, nuestra identidad.
Nunca será una mala decisión pensar diferente ni el cuestionar cualquier idea que alguien planteará, más bien será interesante que cada quien opinará acerca de lo que haya creído referente a determinado planteamiento, porque al final nadie tendrá la verdad absoluta, lo verdaderamente importante será el defender y abrazar nuestro punto de vista, ¿qué será la más acertada o no?, no importará, pues será nuestra decisión en sí seguir a las masas o no.
Particularmente, defenderé y abrazaré mi punto de vista de acuerdo a lo que he vivido, a la lógica de las cosas, por lo que dictará el corazón y la intuición; en caso contrario, colocaría los pensamientos y el sentir en manos de otros, para que hayan sido manejados a su antojo. Esto no lo haré, y a estas alturas de la vida menos.
Aunque el ser humano en algún momento de la vida podrá ser víctima de los que manejarán la comunicación, de seguir a las masas, nadie estará exento. Debido a que algunas veces nos encontraremos embaucadores de oficio, quienes serán expertos en guiarlos como rebaño, incluso llevándolos algunas veces al matadero. Pero, nunca será tarde, para detenernos a analizar la situación, y poner un stop donde fuera necesario, —lo hice más de una vez —.

When we allow ourselves to lose the individuality of self, and not defend and embrace what we believe in and that we can do things differently to get to the same end, putting talent to the test. And not to follow the masses just because, just because others will want us to. By standing up for our own opinion on any subject and not falling into groupthink or imitations, we demonstrate and protect our beliefs, our identity.
It will never be a bad decision to think differently or to question any idea that someone will raise, rather it will be interesting that everyone will give their opinion about what they have believed regarding a particular approach, because in the end no one will have the absolute truth, what is really important will be to defend and embrace our point of view, what will be the most accurate or not, it will not matter, because it will be our decision to follow the masses or not.
Particularly, I will defend and embrace my point of view according to what I have lived, to the logic of things, to what my heart and intuition will dictate; otherwise, I would place my thoughts and feelings in the hands of others, so that they have been handled at their whim. This I will not do, and at this stage of life even less so.
Although the human being at some point in life may be a victim of those who will manage communication, of following the masses, no one will be exempt. Because sometimes we will find tricksters by trade, who will be experts in guiding them like a flock, sometimes even leading them to the slaughterhouse. But, it will never be too late to stop and analyze the situation, and put a stop where necessary, -I did it more than once-.

Cuando contamos con las herramientas necesarias para enfrentarlos, si nos topamos con alguien en el andar, y vamos claro en lo que queremos y no tenemos que esperar que los demás nos dijeran lo que tenemos que hacer, a quién apoyar, por quién votar, qué comer, cómo vestir, qué estudiar, entre otros. Será genial, pues la diferencia la hará cada quien de acuerdo a sus necesidades e intereses, no a la de los demás.
Eso será una de las formas de respetar nuestras ideas, pues la diferencia entre lo que pensarán los demás y lo que deseamos hacer, radicará únicamente en nosotros mismos. Será impresionante, pero existirán personas con una “labia”, la vemos a diario, que si no estamos ojo visor, nos envolverán de una forma tal, tanto, que hasta podríamos meternos en serios problemas por seguir a otros.
Desde que era pequeña, insistía en hacer las cosas diferentes, defendía y abrazaba mi punto de vista. Debido a que si por la vía que escogí también resolví, entonces, no le veía el problema. Aunque les confesaré que he sido muy testaruda y quería tener siempre la razón, pero el devenir de la vida, la guía de mis padres y hermanos, me enseñaron que no siempre será así.
Pero eso no será impedimento para defender en lo que creamos. Algunas veces encontramos situaciones en donde, si no defendemos los pensamientos y nuestra voz, entonces seremos manipulados por otros para cumplir los objetivos que se trazaron.
Con este tema tan interesante de talentos, recordé que cuando era adolescente estuvieron de moda unos grupos musicales como Menudo, y en una oportunidad en la ciudad donde vivía habían organizado un grupo de fans. Mis amigas no dormían pensando en ellos, tenían sus cuartos forrados con los afiches, entonces no había cabida para la pintura de pared. “¡Naguará!” A pesar de eso no lo veía mal, pero para hacerlo en mi cuarto nunca me gustó.

It will be great, because the difference will be made by each one of us according to our needs and interests, not those of others.
This will be one of the ways to respect our ideas, because the difference between what others will think and what we want to do will lie only in ourselves. It will be impressive, but there will be people with a “lip service”, we see it every day, that if we do not keep an eye on them, they will involve us in such a way, so much so, that we could even get into serious trouble for following others.
Ever since I was little, I insisted on doing things differently, defended and embraced my point of view. Because if the way I chose also solved, then I didn't see the problem. Although I will confess that I have been very stubborn and always wanted to be right, but the evolution of life, the guidance of my parents and siblings, taught me that it will not always be so.
But that will not stop us from standing up for what we believe in. Sometimes we find situations where, if we do not defend our thoughts and our voice, then we will be manipulated by others to meet the objectives they have set for themselves.
With this interesting topic of talentos, I remembered that when I was a teenager some musical groups like Menudo were in fashion, and once in the city where I lived they had organized a group of fans. My friends didn't sleep thinking about them, they had their rooms lined with the posters, so there was no room for wall painting. "I didn't think it was bad, but to do it in my room, I never liked it.

Una amiga me dijo un día: «Si eres chimba, no estás en la onda, porque no vas con nosotras al quiosco a comprar la revista que trae el póster de Ricky ¡Ay, está buenísimo!». Pues ni las acompañé, ni compré la revista, ya que tuve que hacer otras cosas.
En mi hogar siempre me enseñaron que debemos apostar a ser la mejor versión de nosotros mismos. Cuando exponemos nuestro punto de vista por alguna situación que no necesariamente será el de la mayoría, debemos defenderlo, y respetar las ideas de los demás. A no andar "guabineando", de aquí y de allá, dependiendo de las circunstancias que nos rodearán.
De vez en cuando caemos mal por no seguir cualquier proyecto, haya sido político, de moda, entre otros. No he sido fiel seguidora de estilos de moda, si consideraba que algo no me quedaba bien o sencillamente, no me gustaba, pues no lo usaba. Y esas decisiones harán que algunas personas nos hayan visto mal.

And those decisions will make some people have seen us wrong.
Gente bella de #Empowertalent, generalmente no seguiré a público de galería como decimos los venezolanos, lo importante será defender y abrazar el punto de vista que me gustará y no andar de aquí y de allá cambiando de opinión o pendiente de que dirán los demás para apegarme a eso, no dejaré mi voz en la voz de otros.
No nací el día en que tendré que esperar saber qué opinaron los demás para basar mi opinión. Ahora bien, si esta concordará con la de los demás, pues bien.
Algunas veces pasará que anteponemos lo que deseamos hacer muy probablemente para buscar la aceptación de los demás, para seguir a las masas y a buen tiempo entendí que no era así. Lo dicho anteriormente se aplicará en muchas áreas: política, moda, trabajo, pareja, familiares, entre otras.
Los invito a defender sus ideas, a respetar la individualidad de los demás y a que asumamos las consecuencias de nuestros actos; eso hará que como sociedad podamos entendernos mejor, engrandecer nuestra alma como seres humanos para socializar en buenos términos y lograr conseguir el bienestar colectivo y, por ende, el personal.
Me encanta cómo pienso, porque esta se transformará en el verbo que me representa. Defiendo y abrazo mi punto de vista, no sé si será la verdad absoluta o no, sino porque forma parte de mi identidad como persona.

I love how I think, because this will become the verb that represents me. I defend and embrace my point of view, I do not know if it will be the absolute truth or not, but because it is part of my identity as a person.
