Espero que se encuentren bien y felices. Un placer volver a esta talentosa comunidad. Admitire que el tema de esta semana me deja un sin sabor en la boca y planeaba seguir de largo porque resulta duro para mi el tema de “como si fuera el último día”. Realmente me entristece y quería evitarlo, pero muchas veces para crecer uno necesita ponerse en situaciones algo incómodas y eso incluye hacerse preguntas incómodas.
Siendo honesta, mi problema con esto es que he vivido muchos momentos que eran los últimos y no lo sabía. Momentos con seres amados que perdí por estar envuelta en la rutina y no los aproveche. Esto me dejó cierto recelo y me hizo prometerme nunca irme a dormir sin decir te quiero ni molesta con nadie. Esta parte es algo muy personal que antes me afectaba más pero paso a paso he ido aprendiendo que debemos vivir como si fuera el último día pero con otro sentido.
Cuando digo que con otro sentido me refiero al enfoque donde vivimos al máximo, aprovechando cada segundo pero no porque sintamos que se vaya a acabar sino con la certeza de que es parte de vivir completamente las experiencias de forma sana y feliz, de no arrepentirnos por lo que pudimos haber vivido y no hicimos por miedo. Porque sí, muchas veces es el miedo el que no nos deja vivir al 100.
Creo que todos vivimos cada día como si fuera el último, porque al final ninguno está seguro de su destino. Lo que sí puedo decir es que me gustaría “vivirlo viviéndolo”, suena repetitivo y confuso, pero lo que quiero decir es que me gustaría tener la certeza de que en serio lo vivi para mí, que cocine algo rico, dibuje por placer, me dedique a sentir la brisa, abrase y converse bastante, aproveche el día siendo yo y atreviendome a hacer cosas nuevas. Creo que con estas cosas sencillas me sentiría contenta.
Lo que sí me gustaría tener más en cuenta es acordarme de vivir en medio de la rutina, permitiendome ser para explorar mis talentos, descansar lo necesario para cuidarme y vivir momentos que me hagan feliz sin mucho. Eso es algo que sí me gustaría tener más presente y que a partir de aquí espero profesar.

I will admit that this week's topic leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and I was planning to go on and on because it's hard for me the topic of “as if it's the last day”. It really saddens me and I wanted to avoid it, but many times in order to grow you need to put yourself in somewhat uncomfortable situations and that includes asking yourself uncomfortable questions.
Being honest, my problem with this is that I have lived through many moments that were my last and didn't know it. Moments with loved ones that I missed because I got caught up in the routine and didn't take advantage of them. This left me with certain misgivings and made me promise myself never to go to sleep without saying I love you or bothering anyone. This part is something very personal that used to affect me more but step by step I have been learning that we must live as if it were the last day but with another meaning.
When I say with another sense I mean the approach where we live to the fullest, taking advantage of every second but not because we feel that it is going to end but with the certainty that it is part of living completely the experiences in a healthy and happy way, not to regret what we could have lived and we did not do for fear. Because yes, many times it is fear that does not allow us to live 100 percent.
I think we all live each day as if it were our last, because in the end no one is sure of their destiny. What I can say is that I would like to “live it by living it”, it sounds repetitive and confusing, but what I mean is that I would like to have the certainty that I really lived it for me, that I cook something delicious, draw for pleasure, dedicate myself to feel the breeze, hug and talk a lot, enjoy the day being me and daring to do new things. I think I would be happy with these simple things.
What I would like to keep more in mind is to remember to live in the middle of the routine, allowing myself to explore my talents, to rest enough to take care of myself and to live moments that make me happy without much. That is something that I would like to keep more in mind and that from here on I hope to profess.
