Hola querida comunidad, hoy con ustedes en una semana más, nuestra amiga @angelica7 nos invita a seamos partícipes en una nueva temática y para eso nos trae el tema Tiempo libre como cada semana el tema a tratar es de interés y nos pide que compartamos lo que podemos hacer en nuestro tiempo libre o como distribuimos el mismo, es hablar y conocernos un poco más en lo que podemos hacer o simplemente soñar despierto, realizar cosas que pensábamos no hacerlas por el tiempo pero que hemos aprendido a controlar gracias a que nos tomamos ese tiempo libre, con esta iniciativa aprendemos y crecemos todos juntos en familia con #EmpowerTalent.

Hello dear community, today with you in another week, our friend @angelica7 invites us to participate in a new theme and for that brings us the theme Free time as every week the topic is of interest and asks us to share what we can do in our free time or how we distribute it, is to talk and know each other a little more about what we can do or just daydream, do things that we thought not to do because of the time but we have learned to control thanks to take that free time, with this initiative we learn and grow all together as a family with #EmpowerTalent.

Aunque parezca mentira vivimos limitados al tiempo bien sea en el trabajo, en nuestros hogares el día a día nos limita, el estar demasiado ocupados y de necesitar más tiempo para realizar labores pendientes nos lleva a vivir en contra del mismo porque siempre queremos más y llegamos a un estado de estrés de angustia y nuestro bienestar se vé involucrado en una desestabilización mental angustiante si bien es sabido que todo tiene su momento porqué preocuparse es por eso que el querer ir más allá del tiempo es imposible. Debemos adaptarnos al tiempo o planificarlo sin dejar de lado los beneficios que nos pueden traer.
Although it may seem untrue, we live limited to time, whether at work, at home, in our homes, the day to day limits us, being too busy and needing more time to perform pending tasks leads us to live against it because we always want more and we reach a state of stress and anguish and our welfare is involved in a mental destabilization distressing although it is well known that everything has its time to worry about that is why wanting to go beyond the time is impossible. We must adapt to time or plan it without neglecting the benefits it can bring us.
Puedo decir que en mi día a día me planifico mi tiempo algunas veces para relajarme otras para compartir con familiares y amigos, en algún evento especial siempre me doy ese tiempo aunque parezca que no lo tenga trato de buscar alguna manera para ajustarme a el. Algunas de las cosas que hago en mi tiempo libre:
🌟 Ver televisión o alguna película de interés.
🌟 Salir de compras o a tomar un café.
🌟 Viajar y conocer lugares nuevos.
🌟 Escuchar música que me agrade.
🌟 Darme gustos, como arreglar mi cabello, mis uñas.
I can say that in my day to day I plan my time, sometimes to relax, other times to share with family and friends, in some special event I always give myself that time even if it seems that I don't have it, I try to find a way to adjust to it. Some of the things I do in my free time:
🌟 Watch TV or some movie of interest.
🌟 Go out shopping or out for a coffee.
🌟 Traveling and getting to know new places.
🌟 Listening to music that pleases me.
🌟 Treat myself, like doing my hair and nails..

Claro que si, uno de los beneficios más importante es una buena salud el no preocuparse tanto por el tiempo nos ayuda a crecer y a alejarnos de lo cotidiano, es descansar la mente y relajarnos, es salir de nuestro entorno para obtener buenas vibras es aumentar las energías es estar activo y lograr que nuestro estrés disminuye, es relajarse y mantener paz en nuestro Yo interno. Todos estos beneficios contribuyen a fortalecernos entonces aprovechemos nuestro tiempo libre y no ocupemos un lugar más y seamos personas inútiles a la sociedad.
