Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog! It’s been a little while, but I’m so grateful to God for the privilege to participate in this week’s rendition. I am Anniebest 🥰 and this is Praise and Worship Week 69. For this week, I will be doing a cover of the song “Our Heart’s Cry” by Preashea Hilliard.
My first encounter with this song was during a rehearsal at Salvation Ministries in Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The very moment I heard it, I fell deeply in love with the melody. The lady who sang it that day had such a glorious voice that I couldn’t help but hum along until I eventually learned the lyrics myself 🤭.
This song deeply expresses how, sometimes, words alone are not enough to worship God. In such moments, we fall to our knees, soaked in the Spirit, and pour out our hearts in deep sounds, sometimes just mumbling in awe and reverence. It’s all about inviting God to take His place, to have His way, to be enthroned, and to be glorified in and through us.
I have truly been blessed listening to and singing this song, and I hope you are equally blessed as you listen to my rendition.
Thank you so much!

Lyrics:-
Our hearts cry
Be magnified
In this your holy temple
In this your holy place
And we will rise
To Zion's heights
To praise and glorify
Unified
Chorus:
And oh how we love You
Oh how we praise You
Oh how we worship, oh LORD
Oh how we love You
Oh how we praise You
Oh how we worship, oh LORD
