Hoy vengo a contarles sobre una cosa que me ha dejado un tanto intrigado y que me gustó muchísimo, como algunos de ustedes saben yo he usado anteriormente la aplicación Duolingo para aprender idiomas (como el inglés) pero recientemente Duolingo ha actualizado su plantilla de cursos y agregaron unos idiomas más y una novedad que tiene es que puedes aprender matemáticas y música con dicha aplicación, por ende yo como músico quise testear el curso de música y bueno esa es la historia. Aquí les dejo como ha sido mi experiencia con dicho curso y posiblemente les traiga los vídeos con las lecciones jejeje espero que les guste...
Greetings Hive friends! I hope you're all well, your friend @daniel2001 here with a new post. Today I'm here to tell you about something that has left me somewhat intrigued and that I really liked. As some of you know, I've previously used the Duolingo app to learn languages (like English), but Duolingo recently updated its course template and added a few more languages. A new feature is that you can learn math and music with the app. So, as a musician, I wanted to try out the music course, and well, that's the story. Here's my experience with the course, and I might bring you the videos with the lessons, hehe. I hope you like it...
Bueno en primera instancia para comentarles yo desde hace tiempo he ido usando dicha aplicación para practicar el inglés y la verdad es que Duolingo ganó mucha fama y bueno hasta hace poco fue que me percaté que agregaron más idiomas y por si eso fuera poco también agregaron música y matemáticas.
Well, first of all, I'd like to tell you that I've been using this app to practice English for a while now, and the truth is that Duolingo has gained a lot of popularity. It wasn't until recently that I realized they'd added more languages, and if that weren't enough, they'd also added music and math.
Me animé a hacer el curso de música por mera curiosidad, al menos si puedo aprender algo nuevo o practicar lo que ya había estudiado en Venezuela en el conservatorio o lo que investigué por mi cuenta es algo bueno y me mantiene en el camino de la música.
I decided to take the music course out of sheer curiosity. At least if I can learn something new or practice what I had already studied in Venezuela at the conservatory or what I researched on my own, it's a good thing and keeps me on the path of music.
Este curso se centra principalmente en enseñar la teoría musical y un poco de piano pero como estamos desde un teléfono móvil entonces es complicado. Me gusta mucho que te enseñen a leer las notas y las figuras incluso aplicadas al piano y con canciones sencillas que crean los mismos creadores.
This course focuses primarily on teaching music theory and a little bit of piano, but since we're using a mobile phone, it's complicated. I really like that they teach you how to read notes and figures, even when applied to the piano, and with simple songs created by the creators themselves.
Antes de iniciar la aplicación te pregunta cuánto sabes en el ámbito de la música para ver qué lecciones te va a mandar primero si desde cero o más fluido si ya conoces los conceptos básicos.
Before starting the app, it asks you how much you know about music to see which lessons it will send you first: from scratch or more fluent if you already know the basics.
Una cosa que me agrada mucho es que te explican todo con calma, paso a paso y aplicado al piano. Los invito a que se animen a aprender algo nuevo ya sea música o algún idioma. Nos vemos en un próximo post 😁
One thing I really like is that they explain everything calmly, step by step, and with piano lessons. I encourage you to try learning something new, whether it's music or a language. See you in the next post 😁
