Good day lovely people. Time has been good and we also have to show we have been good. Hive has favored us not because we are special but because we are lucky enough t have heard and seen the good works of it. someone might have brought it to you or you found it yourself on your adventure but to it all, we have to find a way to take hive to people too.
In Tamale, Ghana, there is a group of young change-makers who came to gather to discuss and develop themselves. They call themselves the Tamale offline people. This gathering is to leave our lives online and come and discuss how we can help make society better. I happen to be a member and I saw the need for them also to know of hive and if possible, bring that association into a community on hive. Won’t it be great?
I had a lecture with them about hive. It was a great one as many were there. They asked questions and found out how they could be a part of the blockchain. Everything was explained ad we moved forward. They saw how they could move from web2 to web3. The concept of decentralization was what interested them the most and they wish to take this journey further. It was a great discussion.
As we hive we don’t live only online, we give people hope and we help to make society a better place to be. Hive presented them with books and pens. They were happy to know that. even though they haven’t joined yet hive cares about them to gift them these. They said it is a platform everyone should be a part of.
As we speak, we are having tutorials on how each one of them can have an account and help contribute to the blockchain. the idea is every phone user is a content creator. In one way or another other you share your ideas on Facebook or anywhere, now is the time to own it and no one can share it as their own. That’s what we are proposing and giving. This is hive and we will give you a chance.
In all, the meeting was a great one. We have people who created their accounts during the meeting. Users like @abdul-rauf, @aliulukman and, @mysterygal. Others will create as I'm still educating them. we will be needing your support to make this grow. Thank you for always being there for everyone. Thank you @guilityparties, @theycallmedan, @eddispino, and everyone who has been with us in our journey on hive.
