A great event was approaching and there Hive would be demonstrating why it is the best blockchain in the world. If you haven't heard, I'll tell you that LABITCONF 2023 was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina; specifically in Costa Salguero, CABA.
Several Hivers from Argentina and Venezuela have gathered to promote the brand and share with those interested in our blockchain their knowledge about the ecosystem that surrounds us and that gives us a multitude of possibilities. It is not an easy task, since it is a matter of collecting experience, so this activity was fundamental to grow personally and also as a community.
There was no doubt that the teams formed managed to stand out helping each other so that each one could contribute to the feat that had to be accomplished that day; a day on which a lot had been achieved, such as the attention of many curious and several enthusiasts.
Un gran evento se estaba acercando y allí estaría Hive demostrando por qué es la mejor blockchain del mundo. Si no se han enterado les cuento que la LABITCONF 2023 tuvo su sede en Buenos Aires, Argentina; puntualmente en Costa Salguero, CABA.
Varios Hivers de Argentina y Venezuela se han reunido para impulsar la marca y compartir con los interesados en nuestra blockchain su conocimiento sobre el ecosistema que nos rodea y que nos brinda un sinfin de posibilidades. No es tarea sencilla, pues se trata de ir recolectando experiencia, por lo que esta actividad fue fundamental para crecer personalmente y también como comunidad.
No quedaron dudas de que los equipos formados lograron sobresalir ayudándose mutuamente de manera que cada uno pueda contribuir en la hazaña que tocaba aquél día; día en el que se había logrado mucho, como lo es la atención de muchos curiosos y varios entusiastas.

I attended both days that I had been chosen to support our chain from the experience and knowledge gained all this time. We prepared by studying everything possible on the subject, however, one can have all the knowledge possible but not know how to transmit it. That could have been a problem, however, it was not bad at all and we gained experience.
The second day was much easier to bear since we had seen each other the day before, so we had a little more confidence and that really showed in our performance. In addition, in my case, I had an improvement in the interaction with what I started the morning trying to contribute a little of my knowledge about everything I know.
I took that photograph before entering the conference center that is in the vicinity of the north coast, and very close is Jorge Newbery Airport from where an infinity of planes of all kinds take off. A real show!
Asistí ambos días en el que me habían elegido para apoyar a nuestra cadena desde la experiencia y conocimiento obtenido todo este tiempo. Nos preparamos estudiando todo lo posible al respecto, sin embargo, uno puede tener todo el conocimiento posible pero no saber transmitirlo. Ese podría haber sido un problema, sin embargo, no resultó nada mal y pudimos ganar en experiencia.
El segundo día fue mucho más sencillo de sobrellevar ya que nos habíamos visto el día anterior, por lo que teníamos un poco más de confianza y eso realmente se notó en nuestro desempeño. Aparte, en mi caso, tuve una mejora en la interacción con lo que comencé la mañana intentando aportar un poco de mi conocimiento sobre todo lo que sé.
Esa fotografía la tomé antes de ingresar al centro de conferencias que está en inmediaciones de la costanera norte, y muy cerca está el aeroparque Jorge Newbery desde donde despegan una infinidad de aviones de toda clase. ¡Un verdadero espectáculo!

The place was huge and I must admit that at first I got lost. It was divided into pavilions but over time I went through each of the corners until I knew everything. There were many sponsors who were present there with the intention of showing their best product, proposal or technology.
There was also a conference room where the world's largest cryptocurrencies would go, for example I had the opportunity to see with my own eyes Hong Fang, the president of OKX, who although she spoke in English and did not understand it all, I was fascinated to see her giving a conference.
El lugar era enorme y debo admitir que en principio me perdí. Estaba dividido en pabellones pero con el tiempo fui recorriendo cada uno de los rincones hasta conocerlo todo. Habían muchos sponsors que se hacían presentes allí con la intención de mostrar su mejor producto, propuesta o tecnología.
También una sala de conferencias donde irían los más grandes del mundo de las criptomonedas, como por ejemplo tuve la oportunidad de ver con mis propios ojos a Hong Fang, la presidenta de OKX, que si bien hablaba en inglés y no entendía del todo, me fascinó verla dando una conferencia.

In my case, I had to attend the first shift in the morning on November 10th and 11th, although I wanted to stay as long as possible, so I also stayed in the other shifts to see if I could help in something. This was our stand, very beautiful indeed with the colors that characterize Hive.
We had merchandising for visitors and also for the team itself that did an incredible job giving their best. I took these pictures very early, so there were hardly any people around; later they would be coming in droves.
En mi caso me tocó asistir al primer turno en la mañana los días 10 y 11 de noviembre, aunque quise quedarme todo lo posible, así que también estuve en los demás turnos viendo si podía servir en algo. Este era nuestro stand, muy hermoso la verdad con los colores que caracterizan a Hive.
Teníamos merchandising para los visitantes y también para el propio equipo que hacía una labor increíble dando lo máximo de cada uno. Estas imágenes las tomé muy temprano, por lo que apenas había gente alrededor; luego estarían llegando en multitud.

This photograph is from the afternoon schedule and you can see the team in action, offering quality information to those who were attracted by the idea of a social media platform different from the ones we know. A network in which Web3 is the protagonist as the gateway to a new world called Hive.
In addition to many who did not know so much about the subject, several developers approached to ask about the blockchain and if it was the correct structure to build such an important project. The answer was a resounding yes, because our technology is cutting edge.

Una red en que la Web3 es la protagonista como puerta de entrada a un nuevo mundo llamado Hive.
También aparte de muchos que no conocían tanto del tema se acercaron varios desarrolladores a preguntar sobre la blockchain y si era la estructura correcta para construir un proyecto de tamaña importancia. La respuesta fue un contundente sí, pues nuestra tecnología goza de vanguardia.

After each team's meal, we had free time to walk around the place from end to end. So it was a good idea to take pictures because this event doesn't happen every day. The following pictures are what I was able to enjoy, I even had the opportunity to win a prize because there were games in which you could participate.
It was really worth it, especially because then I met some girls who took me to meet other stands, technologies and games, which if it were up to me I wouldn't have dared. I had a lot of fun to tell the truth and I appreciate it very much.
Luego de la comida que nos tocaba a cada equipo teníamos tiempo libre para ir recorriendo el lugar de punta a punta. Así que fue buena idea ir tomando fotografías ya que este evento no se da todos los días. Las siguientes fotografías son lo que he podido disfrutar, incluso tuve la oportunidad de ganar un premio ya que habían juegos en los que se podía participar.
Sinceramente valió mucho la pena, sobre todo porque luego conocí a unas chicas que me llevaron a conocer otros stands, tecnologías y juegos, que si fuera por mi no me hubiese animado. Me divertí mucho a decir verdad y lo agradezco con mucha consideración.

After that there were other very interesting places. I was struck by a pyramid that had an eye that turned at its tip. The written legend I don't know very well what it was referring to, but it seemed very enigmatic.
Luego habían otros lugares muy interesantes. Me llamó la atención una pirámide que en su punta había como un ojo que giraba. La leyenda escrita no sé muy bien a qué hacía referencia, pero parecía muy enigmático.

There was also a bit of art, which I thought was phenomenal. Mainly considering the crypto-protagonist, which is Bitcoin. Leader of the altcoins at the moment.
And clearly a bull could not be missing in that art, which refers to a bull run, or at least the hope that it will arrive at some point and with force.
También había un poco de arte, lo cual me pareció fenomenal. Principalmente teniendo en cuenta a la crypto-protagonista, que es el Bitcoin. Líder de las altcoins de momento.
Y claramente no podía faltar un toro en ese arte, lo que refiere a un bull run, o al menos la esperanza de que llegue en algún momento y con fuerza.

There were plenty of activities and they were announced on these screens. Obviously on the mobile you could see the schedules in which the speakers would give their conference.
The truth is that there were very interesting talks that generated even more enthusiasm to learn about cryptocurrencies. At least that's what it generated for me, because I've been to the conference room more than once. I didn't know some of them but others, in the same way, seemed interesting to me.
Actividades habían de sobra y se anunciaban en estas pantallas. Obviamente en el móvil uno podía ver los horarios en los que los speakers darían su conferencia.
Lo cierto es que hubo charlas muy interesantes que generaban aún más entusiasmo en aprender sobre criptomonedas. Por lo menos fue lo que me generó a mí, pues he ido al salón de conferencias más de una vez. Algunos no los conocía pero otros sí, de igual manera me parecían interesantes.

Finally, I can only say that I am proud to see HIVE among the sponsors, which means a great step towards exponential growth. I have no doubt that many things will come that will be really positive. I can just say that success awaits us and we must be prepared to triumph, because we are a committed and very united community.
