Hola, comunidad de Hive run, bienvenidos a mi blog. Hoy les traigo otro entrenamiento algo más de tranquilo, debido a una gripe que me dio no hace mucho, y todavía ando engripado. Así que el ritmo se vio afectado, intenté correr normal, pero que va. Me cansaba muy rápido, y no podía mantener un ritmo por mucho tiempo, pero hice el intento para no perder el día de hoy. Así que les cuento más sobre el recorrido.
El recorrido fue de 3.89 KM en un tiempo de 27 minutos con 6 segundos. Un poquito lento para ser menos de 4K, pero con la gripe estaba difícil. Tuve un ritmo promedio de 6 minutos con 58 segundos, por kilómetro.
Esta ruta constó, de un recorrido con bastante subidas y bajas, como espacios rectos, quedaban cierto nivel de complejidad al recorrido. La verdad es que me sentí muy cansado por correr hoy, debido a la gripe que me estaba dificultando respirar de forma tranquila, y me sentía pesado en el recorrido. Pero, eso poco a poco va a ir mejorando, y lograré tener un buen rendimiento, o eso espero.
