This morning my partner @mundomanaure encouraged me to jog together, the truth is that I was hesitant to go out because I didn't rest well last night, but what a great partner who is always there and motivates me.
The truth is that I feel I was a little tired, but we achieved our training, besides we needed to jog together, we went out to our jogging and did a route that we do for a long time, we left near his house to get to trapichito place where we always do other types of outdoor exercises I taught him a new route and then the second lap tells me let's continue it I like that because I taught him this straight, but fine because it is always good to vary and get out of the routine.
We were able to finish and achieved 5km, he a little more than me congratulations partner, I also congratulate me that although my body was not in 100% condition I was able to achieve the route with good time and not give up.

Hola amigos espero estén muy bien Saludos Un fuerte abrazo de cierre de mes, espero hayan cumplido sus metas y objetivos trazados para abril.
En esta mañana mi compañero @mundomanaure me animo a trotar juntos, la verdad estaba dudosa en salir porque no descanse bien anoche, pero que bueno el compañero que siempre está ahí y motiva.
La verdad siento que estuve un poco cansada, pero logramos nuestro entrenamiento, además nos hacía falta trotar juntos, salimos a nuestro trote e hicimos un recorrido que hacemos desde hace mucho tiempo, salimos cerca de su casa hasta llegar a trapichito lugar donde siempre hacemos otros tipos de ejercicios al aire libre le enseñé una nueva ruta y después a la segunda vuelta me dice vamos a continuarla yo como que porque le enseñé está recta, pero fino porque siempre es bueno variar y salir de la rutina.
Pudimos finalizar y logramos 5km, él un poco más que yo felicidades compañero, también me felicito que a pesar de que no tenía el cuerpo en las condiciones al 100% pude lograr el recorrido con buen tiempo y no rendirme.
Sin más que decir me despido agradeciendo por leerme, compartir y apoyar cada publicación, lo apreció y valoro mucho. Que tengan un buen cierre de mes y aperturando un nuevo más con metas, armonía, prosperidad y muchos km por sumar.
