Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're all doing well. This time, I've rearranged my exercise schedule. I'm running again, at least once a week. I started last week. This week, I'm starting again. After that, I'll start increasing my running intensity.
Since I'm just starting again, this 3K run felt a bit tough. I usually manage 5K. This time, I didn't run very far. It was still around my house and on my usual route. This time, it was on the Salemba - Percetakan Negara route.
Running around this area was a bit uncomfortable. Some of the sidewalks were used for sales and were damaged. Running on the sports arena and field was the right choice. This time, I tried to maintain a steady pace. Learning from what happened the previous week, I was experiencing some stomach pain.
So, from the first lap, I maintained my pace, and how did it go? My average pace was 9:19. Well, for the first lap, it was a bit fast. My first lap was 8:25. Then, the second lap was at a pace of 9:41. The final lap was at a pace of 9:52.
This helped me quite a bit. My stomach didn't hurt. It seems I need to do other physical exercises as well. My usual workouts so far have been running and walking. It seems I need to start working out. That's all I need to share.
Returning to exercise after a long break does require adjustment. For one or two reasons, some of which are enough for me, Ama, to take a break. That's all I have to say. See you again in the next story.
