Thanks to @theycallmedan for the grand initiative, and the support of @votovzla for creating this type of content.It is necessary feedback for me. I am creating this post with my mind. Not just for initiative. You have started the great way to contribute with hive user.
Questions:
1- What improvements would you make to Hive?
2- How do you invite your friends to Hive?
3- What strategy do you use to invite them?
Actually these questions are very important for this initiative. I think all website's creators who want contribute with their users they have to ask this types of questions, time to time from their users.

What improvements would you make to Hive?
I am enjoying Hive since when I am using Hive. It is completely easy to use. Smooth interface. Cool communities, to join and post. Very creative writers and authors. There are too many photography posts. Only there I have not seen many tutorials posts yet. Also I think there will be a community where a person can do work as a freelancer. Other Nothing I can find. I will read about it, what other participants says.
How do you invite your friends to Hive?
I really like Hive. In fact I am in love with Hive. If you don't believe then see my desktop screen shot here.\
I did invite many friends. But they was old users of steemit, I just re-engaged them with hive. They are @tuseef-akram and @wolf-kinght. I will invite more friends.
I will start inviting my friends and fellows via facebook, twitter. My cousin @sardar-sani was with @nathanmars on twitter, to promote hive.
So I will do my best.
What strategy do you use to invite them?
I consider that one of the most used strategy is that you can generate money just with publishing quality content on the platform, I will also tell them about voting process, so they can easily use hive. I will explain the plagiarism spam and fraud. So i can bring some quality authors with platform.
The people who have internet but they are just surfing whatsapp, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter I will tell them to spend their that some time on Hive.
I will teach them what I am learning from the platform. The teaching can be done online via whatsapp or facebook. I will do my best to teach them and myself.
