¡Hello, hello Hiver!
En la limpieza que he estado haciendo en casa, conseguí muchos tesoros, entre ellos están unos cojines de yute que tenía olvidados, decidí darle una nueva utilidad y transformar una parte en un lindo mantel individual con sus accesorios como un porta cubiertos y un posavasos, los invito a que me acompañen en este lindo proyecto.
In the cleaning that I have been doing at home, I got many treasures, among them are some jute cushions that they had forgotten, I decided to give it a new use and transform one part into a beautiful placemat with accessories such as a cutlery holder and a coaster, I invite you to join me in this beautiful project.

Estaba un poco indecisa de cual encaje utilizar ya que todos me gustan, al final me decidí por una de cuadros negros y blancos con unas lindas flores bordadas, y uno de zigzag azul.
Materials and instruments:
Jute cushion
Lace
Scissors
Measuring tape

I was a little undecided about which lace to use since I like them all, in the end I decided on one of black and white squares with beautiful embroidered flowers, and one with blue zigzag.
Paso a paso / Step by step:
Antes de comenzar el proyecto lavé el cojín ya que tenía mucho tiempo guardado.
Como el cojín tiene estampado utilicé la parte del revés, para realizar el mantel individual y sus accesorios, en total son tres piezas, mantel, porta cubiertos y posavasos, como lo pueden observar en las siguientes imágenes:
Before starting the project, I washed the cushion as it had been in storage for a long time.
As the cushion has a print, I used the reverse part to make the individual tablecloth and its accessories, in total there are three pieces, tablecloth, cutlery holder and coasters, as you can see in the following images:
Luego me divertí un poco deshilachando los bordes de las piezas excepto el porta cubiertos, que preferí hacerle unas costuras.
Then I had a bit of fun fraying the edges of the pieces except for the cutlery holder, which I preferred to sew on.
Para elaborar el mantel individual primero cosí las esquinas del encaje de flores y luego lo uní junto al zigzag a la tela de yute, bordeando todo el contorno.
Les cuento que cuando estaba haciendo el mantel mi esposo me dijo: ¡Y porque no le haces un porta cubiertos también!, a lo que yo le respondí por supuesto aprobado, creo que quiere invitarme a salir de picnic, bueno eso espero yo.😊😊
To make the placemat, I first sewed the corners of the flower lace and then attached it together with the zigzag to the jute fabric, skirting the entire contour.
I tell you that when I was making the tablecloth my husband told me: And why don't you make him a cutlery holder too! To which I replied of course approved, I think he wants to invite me to go out on a picnic, well I hope so.😊😊
Para el porta cubiertos primero le cosí los extremos, lo doblé para que quedara un bolsillito y luego le cosí los laterales.
For the cutlery holder I first sewed the ends, folded it to make a small pocket and then sewed the sides.
Para el posavasos le cosí el encaje zigzag por el borde y en el centro el encaje de flores, de esta manera queda protegido y no se seguirá deshilachando cuando se utilice.
For the coaster I sewed the zigzag lace on the edge and the flower lace in the center, in this way it is protected and will not continue to fray when used.
The new home accessory is ready!
