Sofia's Christening: I am a godfather for the first time
El día Sábado 25/09/21 ha sido un día muy especial para mi, ya que fui escogido para ser el padrino de esta niña hermosisima. Se trata de mi sobrina; Sofía Valentina, quien tiene apenas 1 añito y fue bautizada el pasado sábado 25 de Septiembre. Esto me llena de orgullo y agradezco mucho a sus padres por tomarme en cuenta, aunque debo confesar que al principio no quería aceptar ya que sentía que conllevaba una gran responsabilidad y eso me asustaba un poco. Pero finalmente me decidí hacerlo ya que es imposible resistirse a tanto encanto, y por mi parte quiero ser el mejor padrino del mundo para ella.
Saturday 09/25/21 has been a very special day for me, since I was chosen to be the godfather of this beautiful girl. It's about my niece; Sofía Valentina, who is just 1 year old and was baptized last Saturday, September 25. This fills me with pride and I thank his parents for taking me into account, although I must confess that at first I did not want to accept since I felt that it carried a great responsibility and that scared me a bit. But finally I decided to do it since it is impossible to resist so much charm, and for my part I want to be the best godfather in the world for her.
Al principio Sofía estaba un adormecida ya que la noche anterior se había dormido tarde y tuvieron que despertarla temprano para el bautizo, la pobre niña quería dormir y estaba molesta.
At first Sofía was a bit sleepy since the night before she had fallen asleep late and they had to wake her up early for the christening, the poor girl wanted to sleep and was upset.
Procedimos entonces a iniciar la misa y seguidamente el acto de bautizo. Sofía estaba un poco asustada, supongo que no entendía porque le llenaban la cabeza de agua de repente, pero poco a poco se quedo tranquila y tomo su bautizo con calma
We then proceeded to start the mass and then the act of baptism. Sofia was a little scared, I guess she didn't understand why they were filling her head with water all of a sudden, but little by little she stayed calm and took her christening calmly

Estoy muy contento de poder forma parte de esta importante etapa de la vida de mi pequeña sobrina. tal vez no sea yo el mejor ejemplo que ella pueda tener, pero sí que me esforzare en serlo y daré lo mejor de mi. Como creo que la propia plataforma #Hive me llevara a ser esa mejor versión de mi mismo. Como creo que ya lo ha estado haciendo, he tomado un sentido de responsabilidad con la comunidad en cuanto a mejorar la calidad de mis posts se trata...He estado equipándome con las herramientas necesarias, estudiando formas de mejorar el audio y la producción visual, y lo mas importante; mejorar el canto, esto ultimo es lo que mas me ha costado, pero se que llegara el momento en que lo haga bien y eso logra con la practica y la constancia y el sentido de compromiso con la comunidad. Así que por la comunidad y por mi sobrina/ahijada Sofía Valentina...Que Dios y el Universo la Bendigan y la hagan una mujer sabia. Saludos y Bendiciones infinitas para toda la comunidad.
I am very happy to be part of this important stage in my little niece's life. I may not be the best example she can have, but I will strive to be and I will do my best. How I believe that the #Hive platform itself will lead me to be that best version of myself. As I think it has already been doing, I have taken a sense of responsibility with the community in terms of improving the quality of my posts...I have been equipping myself with the necessary tools, studying ways to improve audio and visual production , and the most important; improve singing, the latter is what has cost me the most, but I know that the time will come when I do it well and that is achieved with practice and perseverance and a sense of commitment to the community.
