Amigos hoy les comparto una receta muy fácil de preparar se trata de bistec encebollado con arroz y tajadas, lo primero que hice fué condimentar los bistec con cebolla y colocarlos a sudar a fuégo medió después coloque a cocinar el arroz agregando una taza de arroz con una cucharada de aceite y dos tazas de agua.
