Mi preparación:
Empecé por condimentar con sal y mostaza luego dejé resposar por un segundos para qué compacten los sabores.Después lo coloque a sofrír en cardero, Seguidamente pele un plátano verde para hacer unos tostones, siguiente empecé a sofreír los tostones.
My preparation:
I started by seasoning with salt and mustard, then I let it rest for a few seconds to compact the flavors. Then I put it to sauté in a cardero, then peel a green plantain to make some tostones, next I started to sauté the tostones.
