I used tomato and pepper as vegetables, but you can also use other vegetables. I definitely recommend using cheddar and black olives in terms of taste.
Ingredients to be Used for Triangle Pastry with Vegetables:
1 pack of triangular pastry dough
1 tomato, 125 grams of cheddar, 2 green peppers and 15 black olives
Black Cumin
1 egg
Making Stages:
First, let's wash the tomatoes and green peppers well. Let's cut it little by little. 1 tomato and 2 green peppers are quite enough for the inner mortar. Then let's cut 125 grams of kashkaval little. Finally, remove the seeds of 15 black olives and cut them in half. The dough is cut into pieces in a rectangular shape and I cut it from the middle and take the first piece of dough in my hand. Then we put it from the inner mortar we prepared and close the rectangular dough diagonally and obtain the shape of a triangle. We do the same process until the inner mortar is finished and put the triangular buns on the tray where we add light oil. Break 1 egg and smear it on the triangular buns. Finally, if there is sesame in the house, add it on your pastry. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees and Triangle Pastry is Ready!
