Escuchando “Teca” de Asan y Bhavi, Primeras impresiones.
Estas últimas semanas he estado escuchando mucha música Argentina ya que en las redes vi múltiples ataques dirigidos a los artistas de este país y a su estilo de creación musical. No soy persona que deje llevar por los comentarios de otras personas, debido a eso comencé a escuchar mucha música de estos artistas tan atacados y entre las ultimas canciones que han salido y explotado en las redes esta Teca de estos dos jóvenes cantantes, Asan que antes de dedicarle tanto a su faceta de cantante, invirtió varios años como productor musical y Bhavi, uno de los Argentinos mas atacados estos meses por sus letras que supuestamente solo fomentan el consumo de drogas y las actitudes misóginas.
Cuando escuchas la canción por primera vez, puedes confundirla como una canción vacía y sin sentido por su rítmica típica del genero Drill, por los efectos que alteran el sentido de la voz y por las frases que ciertamente son de doble sentido. Pero no divaguemos mas y entremos a la letra de la canción.
Comenzando con el estribillo, que habla sobre que duras hasta altas horas de la noche haciendo dinero por la creación de música, que tus vecinos se quejan debido a eso y al ruido por tener a un equipo de jóvenes que cocinan algo en la madrugada mientras experimentan con diversos sonetos para de esa forma poder innovar en la industria. Al comenzar con la primera estrofa sale Asan diciendo “Nena, sé que me conociste emocional, pero ya no lo soy” esclareciendo que antes era un romántico pero que dejo de serlo, conforme avanza la letra podemos notar que lo dicho en principio se debe a que múltiples negocios y errores en su pasado y presente tanto artístico como personal lo hicieron madurar de cierta manera y que ahora se enfoca mas en los negocios que en el amor. El puente para el estribillo refleja que el mismo se considera alguien que supero sus estándares y que como artista dedica horas y noches enteras para su próximo “Piccasso” musical.
Ya en la segunda estrofa Bhavi comienza con una frase “Baby, to' lo que acá se promete, se cumple” que refiere a los diversos artistas que han firmado con ellos, a la promesa que se hizo tanto a estos artistas como a ellos mismo de lograr el objetivo de alcanzar la fama y el estrellato. Dentro de su estrofa hace múltiples referencias a su crecimiento como artista, en que lo logro a base de experiencia y los errores de sus principios como cantante. También podemos escuchar las diversas referencias de su gusto por el alcohol para relajarse y que aunque la música no es un juego, el sigue divirtiéndose.

Listening to "Teca" by Asan and Bhavi, First impressions.
These last weeks I have been listening to a lot of Argentinean music because in the networks I saw multiple attacks directed to the artists of this country and their style of musical creation. I'm not a person that let go by the comments of other people, because of that I started to listen to a lot of music of these artists so attacked and among the last songs that have come out and exploded in the networks is Teca of these two young singers, Asan that before dedicating so much to his facet of singer, invested several years as a music producer and Bhavi, one of the most attacked Argentines these months for his lyrics that supposedly only encourage drug use and misogynistic attitudes.
When you listen to the song for the first time, you may confuse it as an empty and meaningless song because of its typical Drill genre rhythm, because of the effects that alter the sense of the voice and because of the phrases that certainly have a double meaning. But let's not digress and let's go into the lyrics of the song.
Starting with the chorus, which talks about how you last until late at night making money by creating music, that your neighbors complain because of that and the noise by having a team of young people cooking something in the wee hours of the morning while experimenting with different sonnets in order to innovate in the industry. At the beginning of the first verse Asan comes out saying "Baby, I know you knew me emotional, but I'm not anymore" clarifying that he used to be a romantic but he stopped being one, as the lyrics go on we can notice that what he said in the beginning is because multiple business deals and mistakes in his past and present both artistically and personally made him mature in a certain way and that now he focuses more on business than on love. The bridge to the chorus reflects that he considers himself someone who has surpassed his standards and that as an artist he dedicates hours and nights for his next musical "Piccasso".
In the second verse Bhavi begins with a phrase "Baby, to' lo que aqui se promete, se cumple" which refers to the various artists that have signed with them, to the promise that was made to both these artists and themselves to achieve the goal of fame and stardom. Within his verse he makes multiple references to his growth as an artist, in which he achieved it based on experience and the mistakes of his beginnings as a singer. We can also hear the various references to his taste for alcohol to relax and that although music is not a game, he still has fun.
