Feliz miércoles gente Bonita!! Hoy les voy a contar un poco de las cosas que me hacen sentir mejor cuando estoy de mal humor, triste o mal en general, esta pregunta la saqué del Blogging Challenge de la primera edición. Así que sin más introducción aquí van esos pequeños tips.
Happy Wednesday beautiful people! Today I'm going to tell you a little bit about the things that make me feel better when I'm in a bad mood, sad or bad in general, I got this question from the Blogging Challenge of the first edition. So without further introduction here are those little tips.
1. Descanso | Rest
Cuando me siento mal física y mentalmente una clave para mi es descansar, parar absolutamente todo, dormir si es necesario, no hacer absolutamente nada, tener un día de ocio jaja (yo no estoy tan acostumbrada a eso, no me gusta, pero cuando toca toca). A veces el cuerpo grita esto y te lo hace saber de distintas formas si no le haces caso, también en las mañanas apenas me levanto me gusta darme un minutos para ver como me siento, en que estoy pensando y pues de ahí baso mi día, desde hace un tiempo para acá he priorizado mucho esto, si mi cuerpo está indispuesto y me pide descanso se lo doy sin negociar, porque cuando pega pega, es importante escucharlo, al igual que la mente.
When I feel bad physically and mentally a key for me is to rest, stop absolutely everything, sleep if necessary, do absolutely nothing, have a day of leisure haha (I'm not so used to that, I don't like it, but when it's time to do it). Sometimes the body screams this and lets you know in different ways if you do not pay attention, also in the mornings as soon as I get up I like to give me a few minutes to see how I feel, what I'm thinking and then I base my day, for some time now I have prioritized this, if my body is indisposed and asks me to rest I give it without negotiating, because when it hits it hits, it is important to listen to it, as well as the mind.
2. Llorar | Cry
Esto lo he tomado como una de las mejores formas de desahogarse y drenar hasta completamente, llorando como que se depura el cuerpo, se libra de esas emociones reprimidas, sueltas ese dolor, en lo personal cuando de verdad no aguanto o llevo reprimiendo cosas mi cuerpo solito le da por esto y lo dejo ser, me gusta eso si estando sola, para que llore así mucho estando en presencia de alguien es porque debo estar súper mal, pero de resto mil veces prefiero estando sola y todo lo que quiera... a mi de verdad esto me ayuda cuando estoy muy mal o frustrada. Ya luego estas más calmado y puedes pensar con más claridad y buscar de solucionar.

Then you are calmer and you can think more clearly and look for a solution.
3. Escribir | Writing
Esto lo empecé a practicar con la pandemia y porque lo estaba escuchando bastante. Desahogarte en una hoja de papel, escribir absolutamente todo lo que sientes, lo que te molesta, con detalles todo, así llores en el proceso pero es un muy buen ejercicio para afrontar esas situaciones que tanto afligen. Luego romper toda esa hoja con la intención de dejar todo eso atrás, si son cosas personales con la intención de querer mejorar esas cosas, o incluso hasta quemar el papel, igual poniéndole intención y quitarle el poder a esas emociones negativas o situaciones que hayas expresado en el.
I started practicing this with the pandemic and because I was hearing it a lot. To let it all out on a sheet of paper, write absolutely everything you feel, what bothers you, with details everything, even if you cry in the process but it is a very good exercise to confront those situations that distress you so much. Then tear all that paper with the intention of leaving all that behind, if they are personal things with the intention of wanting to improve those things, or even burn the paper, even putting the intention and take away the power to those negative emotions or situations that you have expressed in it.
4. Escuchar música | Listen to music
Esta creo que es básica para muchas personas jaja, cuando uno está dándole vueltas a cosas que bajan las vibraciones o muy cansado mentalmente para mi la música es una buena forma de drenar, y bailar. Soy bailarina y al llevar tanto años en eso ya para mi es automático, no lo tomo como terapia, pero una vez, en una clase quise estar muy presente y tenía la intención de soltar cosas que sentía en el momento, entonces empecé a escuchar y sentir la canción conscientemente,y baile ese día de verdad soltando todos expresando, sacando todo eso de mi y al final pff, me sentí tan ligera, realmente liberada de todo jaja...
Ahí entendí más a las personas que bailan para "desestresarse" es demasiado terapéutico en serio, ya ahorita escribiendo esto, me estoy recordando esto y que es una herramienta que puedo utilizar más seguido si lo necesito jaja, porque como es mi día a día y mi trabajo a veces me olvido de que tiene ese poder y lo puedo utilizar para eso. Así que eso, poner una buena música que suba energías (no canciones tristes que te hagan poner más triste, no) una música que te suba las vibraciones y cantar y bailar solo, que si funciona jeje.
I think this is basic for many people haha, when you are thinking about things that lower your vibrations or mentally tired for me music is a good way to drain, and dance. I am a dancer and since I have been doing it for so many years it is automatic for me, I don't take it as therapy, but once, in a class I wanted to be very present and I had the intention to let go of things I felt in the moment, then I started to listen and feel the song consciously, and I danced that day really letting go, expressing all that, getting all that out of me and at the end pff, I felt so light, really liberated from everything haha....There I understood more the people who dance to "de-stress" it's too therapeutic seriously, now writing this, I'm remembering this and that is a tool that I can use more often if I need it haha, because as it is my day to day and my work sometimes I forget that it has that power and I can use it for that. So that, put some good music that raises energies (not sad songs that make you sadder, no) a music that raises your vibrations and sing and dance alone, that if it works hehe.
5. Estar en la naturaleza | Being in nature
El solo caminar por un parque rodeado de mucho verde, o una montaña y simplemente estar, escuchar y observar es lo más terapéutico que hay, y si es estando solo para mi mejor, porque estas más en tus 5 sentidos y no te pierdes de nada a tu al rededor ni de ti, porque es una buena forma también de conectarte contigo mismo. Calma la mente, hace que te quites un peso de encima si de verdad te concentras, es como una meditación activa y en serie que es increíble.
Abrazar a un árbol también es una forma efectiva ya que te limpia las energías y te recarga. Salir a caminar para despejar la mente, buscar respuestas, soluciones o simplemente para conectarte contigo te hace sentir mucho mejor sin duda, te hace estar en el momento presente, en armonía y paz con tu alrededor, esto lo recomiendo un montón.
Just walking through a park surrounded by lots of green, or a mountain and just being, listening and observing is the most therapeutic thing there is, and if it is being alone for me even better, because you are more in your 5 senses and you don't miss anything around you or about you, because it is also a good way to connect with yourself. It calms the mind, it takes a weight off your shoulders if you really concentrate, it's like an active meditation and in series which is incredible.Hugging a tree is also an effective way as it cleanses your energies and recharges you. Going for a walk to clear your mind, look for answers, solutions or just to connect with yourself makes you feel much better without a doubt, it makes you be in the present moment, in harmony and peace with your surroundings, I recommend this a lot.
