Hace un par de semanas mi mami dio positivo a COVID-19, afortunadamente fue un caso muy leve, apenas presentó un par de síntomas, pero aún así se cuidó mucho. No se lavaba el cabello ni se lo pintaba para evitar que los olores fuertes le hicieran daño.

A couple of weeks ago my mom tested positive for COVID-19, fortunately it was a very mild case, she just had a couple of symptoms, but she still took great care of herself. She did not wash her hair or paint it to prevent strong odors from damaging her.

Gracias a Dios, ya está completamente libre de la enfermedad, pero se sentía un poco mal emocionalmente porque físicamente se había descuidado un poco, en especial su cabello, ya que por su edad le salen muchas canas y constantemente yo se las pinto.

Ayer pude hacerle un cambio de look y hoy quiero mostrarles cómo fue el proceso y sobre todo la cara de felicidad de mi mamá al verse con su cabello pintado y planchado.

Lo primero que hice fue tomar un tinte color Chocolate y mezclarlo con agua oxigenada de 20 volúmenes.

The first thing I did was take a Chocolate color dye and mix it with 20 volume hydrogen peroxide.

Le desenredé el cabello a mi mami y comencé a aplicarle el tinte con una brocha. Desde la raíz hasta la mitad del cabello.

I detangled my mommy's hair and started applying the dye with a brush. From the roots to the middle of the hair.

Dejamos al tinte hacer su trabajo por 50 minutos, luego le lavé el cabello a mi mamá y se lo planché.

We let the dye do its job for 50 minutes, then I washed my mom's hair and straightened it.
