A lo largo de mi vida por la situación económica no he podido invertir en tantas cosas como he querido, pero no me quejo, vivo bien y tengo algunas comodidades como mi TV y mi aire acondicionado que he comprado con ayuda de mi novio.

Sin embargo, estas que mencioné no han sido mis mejores inversiones, sino mis herramientas de pastelería.

Gracias a ellas he podido trabajar creando muchísimos postres. 2 batidores eléctricos, una báscula digital y variados instrumentos de repostería, son mis mayores tesoros, pues son instrumentos de trabajo y además me hacen inmensamente feliz.

Soy feliz cocinando, soy feliz horneando y estaba bastante limitada antes de comprar todas estas cosas. Tenía un batidor eléctrico muy viejito, que se detenía o no mezclaba bien todo y aunque los dos que compré no son los batidores de lujo o de marca que yo quisiera son bastante buenos.

Espero poder seguir invirtiendo en este tipo de cosas y porqué no, mas adelante incluso poder invertir en una pastelería física, ese es mi mayor sueño.

Throughout my life due to the economic situation I have not been able to invest in as many things as I wanted, but I do not complain, I live well and I have some comforts such as my TV and my air conditioning that I bought with the help of my boyfriend.

However, these I mentioned have not been my best investments, but my pastry tools.

Thanks to them I have been able to work creating many desserts. 2 electric beaters, a digital scale and various pastry instruments are my greatest treasures, as they are working instruments and they also make me immensely happy.

I'm happy to cook, I'm happy to bake, and I was pretty limited before I bought all these things. I had a very old electric mixer, which stopped or did not mix everything well and although the two I bought are not the luxury or brand mixers that I would like, they are quite good.

I hope to continue investing in this type of thing and why not, later on I can even invest in a physical pastry shop, that is my biggest dream.
