Hello dear friends!
This post is a submission for weekly challenge Splinterlands Gaming platform..
Due to unlock the Gold Label first in previous season, I had more excitement about this season than before. However, due to the spilt of blockchain and the increasing outbreak of Corona last season, I could not make the post of Weekly challenge. I was mentally upset. So most of the post I was avoiding.
After being stable Hive Blockchain, I became more busy in this season.Because in this weekly challenge I want to unlock Diamond label. Still I am stable at a rating above 2500. However, due to more battle, my resource power has reduced, which I want to keep above 80 by the end of the season. For this I spent around 100 steem (including DEC&SBD) and bought 12 different splinter cards in total. In which the value of one card(LORD ARIANTHUS) was worth $8 (53 steem.) I wanted to buy this card because the opposition team beat me three times with this card even though I had enough MANA and useful cards. Since there is only 3 days left for the season to end, I do not want to take any risk and increase the resource power. So that I have not to face much difficulty in reaching the diamond level.

Now let's talk about this weekly challenge. As this week's theme card is SPARK PIXIES and I am well acquainted with this card as Fire Splinter is one of the best cards. I have battled a lot with this card and have also seen very positive results. In fact it outperforms its value.
SPARK PIXIES-
Edition-UNTAMED
RARE Element- FIRE
Current Trade Value - $ 0.09
This UNTAMED edition card of the fire monster is well known for its fast attack. Since Spark pixie is the only four mana card that collapses in the second attack itself. So it should not be kept on the front in the team.

card selection and their placement for battle-
Since it was a 36 mana game, there was bit freedom for card selection. But there was little point to this batting that all the cards of the monster other than the fire monster were not being reflected, due to which my easy choice was to choose the fire monster. . Incidentally, this week's theme card was also from this monster. In my opposition there was a team of @ allind who also had a balanced team.
1- LIVING LAVA
This card of 10 mana is the most useful card of the fire monster, which most people like to keep on the front because the armament card has less effect on it, besides it has more attack ability. I am familiar with this card from the early days, which is known for its excellent performance. If this card stays on the front, then the cards placed in support perform better.
2- NAGA FIRE WIZARD
I bought this card one seasons ago because this fire monster card is very useful. Which not only has the ability to withstand attacks but also has the ability to attack fast. Decreases normal card attack. The supposed number of living lava and this card is almost the same. The sole purpose of placing second was to hold the opposition team together for a long time. I have always been a supporter of this card.
3- SPARK PIXIE
For this third place placed this week's card Spark Pixie. I knew that the 2 cards of the front were able to hold the opposition team till long, so placed this card in third place for the attack which proved to be the right decision for me. This card provided ample opportunities for attack and this card caused considerable damage to the opposition team. The biggest feature of this card is that it also able to fails once the attack of the big card. Despite being more useful, I tend to ignore this card if there is less mana battle to balance the team, as it replaces about 5 mana.
4- ZALRAN EFREET
Seeing the usefulness of this card, I recently purchased this card. Whenever I go to the battle with Fire Monster, I definitely get this card in the team. It is a card of only three mana but its utility is more than its mana. Along with rapid attack, it also has the ability to store power. The number of times the opposition attacks the team increases its power.
5- FIRE ELEMENTAL
The card is more popular due to its unique feature. I placed this card in fifth position so that the opposition team's attack would not be faced. Only two attacks cause a lot of damage to the opposition team. Because it has the ability to double attack. I was already familiar with this card, so it was my priority to be in the team. It is also a 5 mana card that performs more than its capacity.
6- CERBERUS
By the way, I mostly keep this card on the front because it has the ability to restore power. But in this battle I had two best front cards, so I put this card at the end. Since the opposition team was also very balanced, I did not want to take any risk. The sole purpose of keeping this card in the end was that if it survives in the end, then restoring power can outweigh the opposition team. It is also only 5 mana cards but more useful. As you can see, only one card of my front was damaged and the rest of the team was left. This meant that the other card had defeated the opposition team.

BATTLE DETAIL-
In this battle, my Opposite @ allind had a team that had landed with life splinter. I was a little skeptical of victory. But the way I kept the team placement, it was definitely expected that I would be able to win and in the end it won easily. I really enjoyed this battle because my team dominated the opposition team.
I am giving the link of this battle below, if you want to enjoy, then you can enjoy this battle through this link and have fun..

Did my strategy work? will I try differently next time?
To be honest, I thoroughly enjoyed this battle. My team performed the way I wanted. While playing with different splinters, I try different methods, most of which succeed, some even fail. It is not necessary that our strategy works every time. But there is definitely a chance to learn in it. Because today was a 36 mana game, there was not much mental effort to choose a team. Yes, the opposition was a bit worried for the team as it too was very balanced. In the end, the decision was made in our favour which was a satisfactory situation for me, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Do you use SPARK PIXIES often? Why or why not?
To be honest, if I have to complete the quest with the Fire Monster or have the limit to choose a card in another monster, then I take the field with this team and take Spark Pixie into the team, otherwise with the other splinter. I hit the ground because I have great cards in other monsters. Although I am already familiar with the utility of this card, I still cannot do much battle with this card.
