Sunshine and smiles, Hivers! I'm back again for another blog for this week. In today's vlog, I'm going to share with you all how we end up chilling at the beach with our friends and having a last bonding with our one friend. Let's get started!
Last week, my friends decided to have a little bonding with our friends since one of our friends will travel for work, and this is our way to have a little bonding before she leaves Cebu. After our class, we decided to go to our friend's place, and we will eat our lunch there together with our friends. We traveled an hour before we got to our destination. At this time, we are really excited because we will see them again, and we can catch up with them, talking about how life is so far.
We walk a little since the house of our friend is beside the seashore. When we get there, we chill at the same time, keeping laughing since we are still riding the bus to get here. One of our friends told the driver to stop even though it's far from our destination, and when the driver stops, she is still thinking if she will go out to the bus or not since we are just sitting at the bus, looking at her clueless. At the end, she just goes back to her seat, and it's so embarrassing since the passengers keep staring at her.
We also start to eat because we are starving, and we're waiting for our other friends that will go here. After we eat, our other friends arrive, and we are very happy at the same time, very loud because we are eager to catch up to them. As you can see, Des and Ruby are the friends that we missed. I took a picture with them together with their OG friends since they are complete. They're so cute in that picture and at the same time very happy because they reunited.
After we ate, we went to the seashore to chill and relax. It's nice to chill out because it's very windy and so very calming. It's sunny and not hot; that's why we really chill out here. We also continued to catch up about how our friends lives are and kept chatting about the school and the memories that we spent. They also share their experience while working, and we just talk about Ruby's love life since she got a boyfriend after a failed love life back then.
I was also chilling out alone and put on wireless earphones because I really wanted to chill alone and feel the breeze of the sea. The wind and the crystal water of the sea make me relax and forget all the problems and deadlines that I've been thinking about the whole week, and I think, I really need this kind of relaxation. My friends also do the same, chilling alone while listening to music, and the others are sleeping because they were exhausted from all the schoolwork, and they're sleepy because of the wind.
While chilling out, I see a person parasailing at the ocean. He's having a hard time controlling his parachute because of the wind. He even went to the seashore because the wind kept dragging on it. He's having fun while playing in the water and the wind. And I'm enjoying watching him from afar.
After an hour, my friends decided to eat an ice candy that one of my friend's aunts sells. She brings some cookies and cream ice cream to us, and we enjoy it while talking to each other. The ice candy makes it more delicious while eating them with friends and chilling out. This kind of relaxation that I've been longing for has been a long time coming since it's been a while since we've done this as a group of friends. After we eat the ice candy, my friends decided to go to the town and buy fries for our snacks. Some of us stayed at the seashore because we are not in the mood to go for a walk and also to stroll. When they went back, they cooked the fries, and we just waited there until they were served. At last, Ruby got the cooked fries for us, and we shared them as a group. The fries were consumed right away because some of us feel hungry, some of us are fast eaters, and they love fries.
After we eat, we just chill out a little bit and then decide to have a picture as friends. We want to have a picture because this is our way to have memories with our friends. This picture was captured by the one student who passed by our area. He was very shy, and he keeps telling his other friend not to leave him because he was capturing our pictures. The outcome of the pictures looks great and cute. It's sad because Fhaneza didn't come here because she had an interview for her international internship, and she needs to focus there. Instead of worrying that we are not complete yet, Sheila decided to hold a picture of our two friends that you see on the tablet. We decided to put their faces on the tablet so we can have a complete group photo as a group of friends.
After the half day of chilling out, we decided to go home and call it a day. We say goodbyes to our friends, and we also joke again for the last time. We waited for some jeep on the main road and said goodbyes to our other friends who just rode the jeep since we are not on the same route anymore to go home.
And that's the end of my blog, Hivers. This kind of bonding that we had with my friends is truly worth it. Even though it's simple yet very loud since we are very talkative if we're complete, we just make the most of the time we hang out as friends. And maybe we will miss this when we don't have much time already to hang out because our schedules will not be the same anymore. Because of this bonding, I realize that every time we bond, it is very worth it and at the same time very fulfilling.
