Thoughts on Education:
Ohh my god. This might turn out insane as someone who felt let down by the system on multiply occasions and as someone who have also always fought against the system and challenged my teachers beliefs and my teachers authority.
I understand why school or something like school is needed in the first few years, there is certain things there is good to know. You can learn everything online in this modern day, but I get it. I don't understand way we have subjects like religion in school anymore, that just seems outdated or useless and the way the system is build up is completely bullshit in modern days, that is also so fucking outdated it should be illegal and be revamped!
One way I can see school function way better for all people in school is to have a massive amount of subjects to choose from, so one student who knows what he/she wanna do can choose something there is related to whatever the fuck they wanna do, but also shouldn't be bond to that subject they should be able to opt out of a subject without any penalties and be able to choose another subject and wait for it to start.
This would not only benefit people who knows what they wanna do, but this also creates flexibility for people who doesn't know what they wanna do, they would be able to try so many new things they never knew was possible.
It important to note that I am not only talking about the subjects all ready in school, I talk about whatever. There should be so many different subjects to choose from that it would seem insane to the outside world and if some student knows a lot about anything they should be able to create a course for other students! Yes, it should be graded or accepted to uphold quality.
This goes for any school above 6 grade if you ask me. We could have mandatory subjects such as English, Danish and Math. But anything else should be a choice.
I struggled a lot with ADHD back in the days when I went to "normal" school. Being in a self-paid school, is way differen, since thats trailored to what you wanna learn. I love that.
