Como les contaba mi rutina ha cambiado bastante en los ultimos meses, antes salia de mi casa sin comer y desayunaba casi al mediodia y no tomaba casi nada de agua, lo que llevaba a que tuviera mala salud y debo decir que la piel bastante fea, me refiero a acne y la piel estaba tan seca que se me caian pedacitos como si me fuera quemado con el sol.
Bueno mi dia comienza en diferentes horas, desde las 7:30 hasta he llegado a despertarme a las 10 de la mañana, cuando me levanto hago un té de lo que sea, me encantan, tomo de té verde, o limon esta mañana tome de uno llamado eucalipto que trae menta borraja y muña, que son otras hiervas y si mi novio aun esta le hago desayuno y si no primero me tomo el té y luego como algo ligero ya que no me da mucha hambre, pero necesito fuerzas ya que lo que sigue es despertar y sacar a pasear a mi perrita gringa, ella tiene artritis asi que tengo que cargarla y sostenerla mientras camina, ya que es mistica a la hora de ir al baño, necesita oler metros de camino para elegir el lugar donde quiere hacer, y cuando termina regresamos a la casa.

Como pueden verla, super dormida, esta a punto de caerse de la cama y no le importa nada, la despierto y bueno ella queria seguir durmiendo jeje, luego me hago una mascarilla para la cara, con sábila, avena miel y leche de soya, la cara queda suavecita y fresca, me gusta dedicarme tiempo para mi, luego mientras seca tengo que ir haciendo el almuerzo ya que mi hermana tiene que comer antes de sus clases virtuales, y asi concluye mi mañana! omiti los 5 vasos de agua que me tomo pero pense que es bueno agregarlo jeje
