Es increible como nuestra salud se puede deteriorar de un momento a otro. Hace un mes mi vida cambio y la verdad es que hoy en dia estoy deprimida por todo esto y mi mayor anhelo es que todo mejore. Hace muchos años como 7 o 8 me hicieron un eco y al parecer tenia algunas piedras en la vesicula y hasta hace un mes esto no habia representado un problema para mi. De un momento a otro comencé con un dolor y el primer día no me preocupe mucho al segundo día no pude dormir por este dolor y acudo al medico... El cual no me atendio y el dolor siguio empeorando, luego un primo logró que un doctor me revisara y efectivamente todo era a causa de mi vesícula y me reseto algunas pastillas para el dolor y una dieta estricta... Con la dieta me he sentido mucho mejor pues estoy evitando las grasas y tratando de comer lo mas sano posible aquí les mostrare algunas de mis comidas.
It is incredible how our health can deteriorate from one moment to another. A month ago my life changed and the truth is that today I am depressed about all this and my greatest wish is for everything to improve. Many years ago about 7 or 8 I had an echo and apparently I had some stones in my gallbladder and until a month ago this had not represented a problem for me. From one moment to the next I started with a pain and the first day I did not worry much the second day I could not sleep because of this pain and I went to the doctor ... who did not treat me and the pain continued to get worse, then a cousin managed to get a doctor will check me and indeed it was all because of my gallbladder and I resected some pills for pain and a strict diet ... With the diet I have felt much better because I am avoiding fats and trying to eat as healthy as possible here I will show some of my food.
Ya tengo un mes comiendo bastante sano. El doctor me recomendó realizar me un eco para ver el tamaño de los cálculos viliares. El cual no me he podido realizar por su costo. Pero esta semana podre pagarlo y así ver el tamaño dr las piedras... Pero hace ya como 5 días los dolores han vuelto y eso me tiene bastante preocupada y asustada. Con una cirugía me removerian la vesícula y así no tendría mas dolor. Además de que sufrir de la vesucula puede traer otros problemas... Incluso la vesícula podría explotar y poner en riesgo mi salud. Realmente trato de ser optimista pero al tener el dolor solo pienso en todo lo que podria salir mal. Solo deseo que mi salud mejore.
I've been eating pretty healthy for a month now. The doctor recommended that I perform an echo to see the size of the gallstones. Which I have not been able to do because of its cost. But this week I will be able to pay for it and thus see the size of the stones ... But now about 5 days ago the pains have returned and that has me quite worried and scared. With surgery they would remove my gallbladder so that I would not have more pain. Besides that suffering from the gallbladder can bring other problems ... Even the gallbladder could explode and put my health at risk. I really try to be optimistic but having the pain I just think about everything that could go wrong. I just want my health to improve.
Hoy en día desearía que el sistema de salud en venezuela estuviera mejor y que pudieran realizarme la operacion sin tantas preocupacione. Puesto que hoy en dia uno va a un hospital por una cosa y termina teniendo algo mas. Es increible como nuestra salud puede pasar de estar bien a mal en poco tiempo.
Today I wish the health system in Venezuela was better and that they could perform the operation without so much worry. Since today one goes to a hospital for one thing and ends up having something else. It is incredible how our health can go from being good to bad in a short time.
