In which countries are there floods just now? It is in the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. A state of emergency has been declared i large parts of the Czech Republic and in Germany, and several states in south and in east have done the same.
You know, going from nice weather and to very strong shining from the sun, means that there will be torrential rain due to the pressure and the air condition in the atmosphere, and this implies that there will be floods in some places.
Floods are often caused by several things, and one of them is heavy rainfall. Other things that can happen are rapid snowmelt or a storm surge and one of these three things can happen, or there are several of these reasons that are happening simultaneously!
Research efforts and research investigations are things we are using when there are floods in some places. And there have been floods in many countries to all the times that humans have been on the earth. And this often means too much water in the landscape, and people have also damages on their homes and cottages. We should protect and defend the landscape, and we can do several things when the flood is there to prevent damages, and we should do what the organizations are recommended us to do.
So, we have nice weather and bad weather from time to time. And everybody is talking about the weather, but nobody can do anything about it, just as Mark Twain said sometimes back in time. But if we get too much water on too short time, there will be a flood, and these things are happening from place to place. We should not protect anything when there are bad reasons for it, and conversations can be hold in every manner, and we are free about what to say. And this is how market communication is just like now. We cannot defend anything unless we have the literature, the free mind, and the research about it.
