Saludos comunidad, la verdad que el día de hoy acudo a esta comunidad, además es la primera vez que voy a publicar por acá, ahora lo estoy realizando porque ya es una especie de SOS lo que estoy realizando, para ver si existe por aquí o en la plataforma en general alguna alma que me pueda ayudar con el servicio de Cantv ABA, estoy en Venezuela, Estado Aragua, Maracay.

Es una verdadera tragedia en la actualidad no contar con un servicio de internet en el hogar, debido a que los sistemas de datos de los móviles cuestan mucho, y en este mundo de la información y las comunicaciones no estar conectado en las redes pareciera que estuviéramos alejados del mundo.

Les cuento que desde el 1 de abril de los corrientes que amanecí sin el servicio no ha sido posible que Cantv lo restablezca a pesar que realice el reporte vía internet en la página de la empresa, lógicamente antes de realizar el reporte verifique con un técnico si la parte interna de mi sistema de conexión estaba funcionando bien.

El técnico verifico, en primer lugar que había cero de emisión de la señal por parte de Cantv, por tal razón el equipo que estaba instalado se desconfiguro a pesar de ser un equipo de apenas 2 meses estar funcionando, pero se desconfiguro porque sencillamente se perdió la señal de la red de mi casa por completo, por la misma razón que no estaba llegando absolutamente nada de señal; quiero hacer notar que el equipo que estaba instalado en el momento de la desaparición de la red es un equipo que es modem y Reuter a la vez.

Entonces, afortunadamente tenemos en casa un Reuter y un modem y pudo el técnico realizar la sustitución, allí se pudo notar una vez instalados los nuevos equipos que en el caso del Reuter la luz del centro siempre aparece en color naranja, lo cual es un indicativo que no le llega señal de internet.

Si he venido publicando a pesar de no contar con el internet ABA, y es que para poder publicar he estado trabajando con los datos del teléfono en la laptop, pero la verdad que me ha consumido demasiado a pesar que he tratado de no publicar todos los días sino un día intermedio, pero se consume demasiado rápido el saldo del teléfono.

Sinceramente espero contar con el servicio ABA de Cantv para esta semana que se inicia, para poder continuar con mis publicaciones, ya que no quisiera perder ese ritmo de publicaciones, pero sin el servicio de ABA Cantv como estoy actualmente se me va a ser bastante difícil, porque ya se me fue la quincena en ello y apenas con las publicaciones realizadas hasta el día de ayer y no todos los días, por la misma razón.

No esta demás decirles la profunda preocupación que tengo al respecto porque ya sabemos como son estas situaciones en el país, sabemos cuando empiezan los problemas, pero las soluciones no, sabemos de casos que han pasado mucho tiempo sin internet y sin teléfono local por las averías de Cantv, yo misma hace dos años estuve 6 meses que no me funcionaba el teléfono local gracias a Dios en esa oportunidad la señal de internet no fallo, por eso mi preocupación.

Then, fortunately we have at home a Reuter and a modem and the technician was able to make the replacement, there you could notice once installed the new equipment that in the case of the Reuter the center light always appears in orange, which is an indication that no internet signal arrives.

If I have been publishing despite not having the internet ABA, and is that in order to publish I have been working with the phone data on the laptop, but the truth is that it has consumed me too much even though I have tried not to publish every day but an intermediate day, but the phone balance is consumed too fast.

I sincerely hope to have the ABA service of Cantv for this week that is beginning, to be able to continue with my publications, since I would not want to lose that rhythm of publications, but without the ABA Cantv service as I am at the moment it is going to be quite difficult for me, because I have already spent my fortnight on it and only with the publications made until yesterday and not every day, for the same reason.

It is not too much to tell you the deep concern I have about this because we already know how these situations are in the country, we know when the problems start, but not the solutions, we know of cases that have spent a long time without internet and without local telephone due to Cantv's failures, I myself two years ago I spent 6 months without local telephone, thank God in that opportunity the internet signal did not fail, that is why my concern.
