The true greatest way of achieving and measuring success is setting a goal. Goal setting is important in every field of life, it serve as a compass to the future and help one dictate if one had reach his desire point as well as the efficiency and efficacy of the result achieved. I have continually blog on hive for 3 months now , though not so frequent but I haven't missed more than 3 weeks collectively.
The challenge for Newbie include that we give out a goal we hope to achieve in the Month of December on this various aspects

- friends
- comments.

Hive power
With hard work everything is possible or almost possible. Initially before the newbie initiative, I had set 500 hive power as my target goal for this year. But no, not any longer, I have extended this goal farther to 700 hive power before the Month comes to an end. Something tells me I can go beyond that but let me set a goal that is SMART(i.e Specific, measurable , achievable, Reliable and Time bound). I strongly believe my consistency and support from dolphins,whales and minnows including redfish will get me that far.Friends
I currently have 48 followers and 54 follows. I can talk less on how many followers I can get but for my follows, I hope to make around 90. Maybe not hope, I will work to make 90 friends a minimum as a result of my engagement with other hivers both new and old. 90 is achievable, and I will work on that before the Month end.Comments
I reached 900 comments today and according to hivebuzz my next target Is 1000. Thats for hivebuzz, personally, I set to make 1500 before the end of December.
Goal seems easy to set , putting much effort is the hardwork. Personally, I have dedicated my time and working on resources to help me work effectively toward the accomplishment of this goal. Finally ,and most importantly, but grace of God.
