[ESP|ENG] BloggingChallenge III día #7 - Algo que odia y pagaría a otros para que lo hicieran por mi.

Algo que no me agrada nada es la gran odisea para tramitar papeles aquí, en algunas ocasiones los pasos a seguir son completamente absurdos, además de que la mayoría del personal que trabaja en estas instituciones publicas donde debes acudir son muy amargados, y por lo general despotas con las personas que intentan hacer sus tramites por canales regulares, claro, todos sabemos que aquí hasta eso es un negocio ahora, si pagas van a "agilizar el proceso", obvio todo esto debe ser bajo cuerda.

Something that I do not like at all is the great odyssey to process papers here, sometimes the steps to follow are completely absurd, plus most of the staff working in these public institutions where you must go are very bitter, and usually despots with people who try to do their paperwork through regular channels, of course, we all know that here even that is a business now, if you pay they will "expedite the process", obviously all this must be under the table.

Cuando llegamos a la mayoría de edad ya vamos a empezar a necesitar cosas como: Rif, referencias, cuentas bancarias, etc... Puede que estas sean las más sencillas, aunque tomen un tiempo aún hay posibilidad de conseguirlo todo por canales regulares en un corto lapso de tiempo. Pero cuando hablamos de cuestiones más importantes como es el pasaporte o la cedula de identidad es otro mundo.

When we reach the age of majority we will start to need things like: Rif, references, bank accounts, etc.... Supongo que todos sabemos lo que cuesta hacer este tipo de tramites, aunque debo admitir que pese a tanto, tuve suerte la ultima vez que hice una gestión así, a finales del año pasado hicieron una jornada de cedulación y allí pude sacar la mia, luego de esperar casi un mes claro, pero eso si, sin ningún costo en otra divisa, todo salio por canales regulares aunque fue un gran golpe de suerte, pues vimos que muchos tenian meses yendo a retirar la suya y siempre les decían que aún no habian llegado y posponían a la semana siguiente.

I guess we all know how hard it is to do this kind of procedures, although I must admit that in spite of all this, I was lucky the last time I did a procedure like this, at the end of last year they did a day of cedulación and there I could get mine, after waiting almost a month of course, but that if, without any cost in another currency, everything went through regular channels although it was a great stroke of luck, because we saw that many had months going to get theirs and they were always told that they had not yet arrived and postponed to the following week.

Así que si pudiera pagar a una persona por este proceso, creo que lo haría, de hecho, esta posibilidad si existe, pero es muy costoso, hasta ahora no ha sido necesario pero nunca se sabe cuando se va a necesitar.

So if I could pay a person for this process, I think I would do it, in fact, this possibility does exist, but it is very expensive, so far it has not been necessary but you never know when you will need it.
