Ser nuevo es difícil, esto aplica para todo y mas aun en este tipo de plataforma se los digo yo que aun estoy batallando con eso donde el tener constancia y paciencia en ocasiones se torna complicado por no obtener resultados rápidos.

Son muchos los nuevos usuarios que no logran ni siquiera iniciar en esta aventura de hive por falta de motivación originada por la frustración del no ser tomados en cuenta y abandonan la plataforma, quizás algunos de estos pudo ser un gran creador de contenido y no lo consigue por no ser bien asesorado o al menos tener los tips básicos para iniciar. Así que aquí les van mis pasos a seguir a la hora de realizar mis trabajos y elaborar un post:

Primero lo primero, debes tener un tema claro, aquello en lo que eres bueno, bien sea la cocina, las manualidades, el arte he incluso relatar parte de tu vida que pienses que pueda ser interesante. En mi caso fui auxiliar de preescolar y mi día a día eran las manualidades y buscar mil ideas para la diversión de los niños que estaban a mi cargo, considero que esa experiencia me ayudo bastante para desarrollarme aquí en la plataforma.
First things first, you must have a clear theme, what you're good at, whether it's cooking, crafts, art, or even telling a story about a part of your life that you think might be interesting. In my case I was a preschool assistant and my day to day was the crafts and looking for a thousand ideas for the fun of the children who were in my care, I think that experience helped me a lot to develop here on the platform.
Una vez que se tenga un tema en especifico debes plasmarlo en un post, suena fácil pero a mi en ocasiones se me complica, mi método es escribir en un cuaderno antes de cualquier cosa porque siento que mis ideas fluyen mejor cuando las hago en lápiz y papel.
Once you have a specific topic you have to capture it in a post, it sounds easy but sometimes it gets complicated for me, my method is to write in a notebook before anything else because I feel that my ideas flow better when I do them in pencil and paper.

Estos son los tips mas básicos a seguir para desenvolverse en la plataforma, poco a poco he ido aprendiendo y recopilando información de usuarios con mucha experiencia que muy amablemente me orientan y no son mezquinos a la hora de compartir sus conocimientos. Así que los invito que al igual que yo se animen a seguir cada una de estas recomendaciones que humildemente les doy y a no tener miedo de interactuar con todos y compartir con nosotros sus increíbles ideas.

Para culminar la finalidad de esta iniciativa es el apoyar a un nuevo hiver o aquel que no logro desarrollarse de la mejor manera en la plataforma. mi plancton para adoptar como lo denomino @victoriabsb es @raulcr88, lamentablemente nunca logro llamar la atención con su contenido sintiéndose en ocasiones frustrado y con ganas de abandonar y de hecho se tomo un descanso, constantemente mantenía comunicación con el ya que somos parientes y le recomendé que se uniera a la plataforma para que se ayudara económicamente y porque no... a liberar estrés compartiendo temas con todos nosotros. yo estaba muy al pendiente de sus trabajos y de como buscar la mejor manera de ayudarlo pero al no tener tanta experiencia aquí solo podía ayudarlo con lo básico, pero quiero aprovechar esta situación como excusa de que se sienta tomado en cuenta y vuelva esa energía y entusiasmo con el que inicio y que toda la información que me puedan proporcionar para ayudarlo sera bien recibida.
To culminate the purpose of this initiative is to support a new hiver or that which did not manage to develop in the best way on the platform.
