Life is really so unfair at times especially when one is at its final stages of getting what he or she has worked for then, all of the sudden a misfortune set in. It really makes living uncomfortable for the being who has gone through such hustle. But we never know the thing that would make us lose all what was rightful ours. To some they normally say where they are coming from has so many past of things happening that way.
In as much as others think of them as superstitious beliefs, it is always not a full prove that they are never truth. When it comes with things of the spiritual encounter many of us do not have the third eye like many do say to see them and so it becomes very difficult for us to understand some of these things that goes by. We just judge according to how we see the situation and how all these things happen.
In the case where the person who is going to suffer the action is an acquaintance or relative we try as much as we can to be blinded by all that the person did and try to just blame the force that made the person lose what he or she has worked for all this while. We find any means to only make the punishment being brought upon that person look like it was never a fair decision.
But all the same I just ask those people why they allow themselves to be used that way, they just say it was the devil, and always when I hear them start like that I tell them if you really know it was the devil, why did you allow that devil to use you when you could have told the particular force to pass you by for you can't allow yourself to be used that way.
This is almost a similar way I heard one of our officers had to be sacked for illegally abuse an applicant. What makes it more sad was the officer using it on a fellow officer's sibling. Ever since we started enrolling citizens unto getting the ECOWAS identification card, we have being grouped into many sectors and each sector has what he or she does.
So after the Registration Officer and his assistants have interviewed an applicant the operators enroll them on the electronic system then the card verification office prints them to also issue them out to applicant. So this card verification officer tried to loot an applicant 18$ before he would print out his card for him when it was to be done free of charge. So the applicant even tried to get him some token by he still instead that he was taking the 18$ or he was not going to print.
Little did he know that, this applicant had people at the high office who could sack the officer and so he was just there yesterday when they sacked him. We are officially ending the mass registration today and he might not even get his pay for all the time he has worked for.
