In what turned into a miracle win for them yesterday Man Utd actually managed a single title this year, the FA Cup which is the only way the team gets into the Euros next year. The ONLY reason they won was city shit the bed and played awful, not that Utd played well.
We got ready then all headed north to the teensy tiny weee little town of Newburg in the midst of the vast flat plains of North Dakota. The cumis were popping off everywhere and I couldn't stop thinking of flying and finding the thermals that were beneath each.
I was surprised to see this immense air purifier standing in the hallway of the school. Thing stands over 4 feet tall and must be able to process a shit ton of air.
We were to the school quite early and found our seats in the saved rows.
The boys had a bit of energy that needed exorcising so we headed outside to the playground so they could run some of it off.
Niece 2 of 4 is now graduated. The immense class of 5 students were all honor roll and she got one of the two scholarship awards.
It was a rather emotional event for much of the family given the amount of difficulties they have had over the years.
It still blows my mind having a graduating class so small when mine was 210, 5 is just minuscule.
All of 4 blocks away on the other end of "town" the after party was at the senior center where the first niece's was. It was a shared event between ours and another family. Walking tacos was the fare.
R couldn't get past the smell of the party popper. He was enamored with the explosive smell.
We headed back to the inlaw's house for the evening and while sitting on the deck I noticed this VERY aggressive mosquito trap. The thing sounds like a vacuum and when I popped the catch off the bottom it was filled with moths and wasps, but no honey bees that I could see. I am going to be looking into them for our farm as we have swarms of mosquitoes.
This is a fucked story. Dude ate mushrooms and started tripping then called his buddy to come over to play VR and have beers. He then couldn't come out of the VR due to the psychedelics and shot his buddy. He turned himself in to the jail that our friend works at...
I can not stress this enough, VR and psychedelics are a very dangerous combo and must be very very carefully used together, generally best to keep them separate at all costs.
Today looks to be thunderstorms which can be quite awesome if they get big, I have more blinds to hang around the house, the nieces should be coming to town sometime this morning as it sounds like escape rooms are on the menu.
