Due to my own life experiences, I have decided to bring this new writing.
¡Hola, hermosa comunidad de HIVE! Me siento sumamente feliz de poder escribir nuevamente en esta plataforma, por motivos personales no pude seguir, sin embargo en esta nueva oportunidad que tengo, daré lo mejor de mí para traer contenido de calidad y original.
Debido a mis propias experiencias de vida, he decidido traer este nuevo escrito.
What can we do when we feel so frustrated, seeing that the days begin to be monotonous and so long that they seem to have no end? I hope that someone can accompany me in this feeling, where everything seems to become so annoying, so much so that you only want to be in the comfort and safety of your bed, escaping from such a suffocating and exhausting reality.
¿Qué podemos hacer cuando nos sentimos tan frustrados, viendo que los días comienzan a ser monótonos y tan largos que parecieran no tener fin? Espero que alguno pueda acompañarme en este sentimiento, en dónde todo pareciera tornarse tan molesto, tanto que sólo desearías estar en la comodidad y seguridad de tu cama, escapando de la realidad tan asfixiante y agotadora.
These are not pleasant moments, thoughts that fill you with worries, there are no goals, desires, we are not productive, nothing. Being able to meet our basic needs becomes a torment, and therefore there are no aspirations, wanting to meet goals, or self-improvement; we live in an internal conflict that does not allow us to move forward, an apathy towards everything.
No son momentos nada agradables, pensamientos que te llenan de preocupaciones, no existen metas, deseos, no somos productivos, nada. El lograr cumplir con nuestras necesidades básicas se vuelve un tormento, y por ende no existen las aspiraciones, el querer cumplir metas, o la superación personal; vivimos en un conflicto interno que no nos permite avanzar, una apatía hacia todo.
Getting out of this demotivation is not easy, it is how to start again from scratch to overcome it, to be able to meet again on that path from where we got lost and to look for the meaning of Why? And for what? Surely, we had a goal, or some objective of our own, but negativity caught us in its clutches, taking away our direction and also all the ability to go forward and meet our personal expectations, keeping us in a state of uncertainty and ignorance of everything around us. around.
Salir de esa desmotivación no es nada sencillo, es cómo comenzar de nuevo desde cero para lograr superarlo, poder reencontrarnos en ese camino de dónde nos perdimos y volver a buscar el sentido del ¿Por qué? y ¿Para qué? Seguramente teníamos una meta, o algún objetivo propio, pero la negatividad nos atrapó en sus garras, quitándonos nuestro rumbo y también toda la capacidad de ir hacia adelante y cumplir con nuestras expectativas personales, manteniéndonos en un estado de incertidumbre y desconocimiento de todo a nuestro alrededor.
When we want to achieve something for our benefit, it must be clear that it is a process, that no goal is achieved overnight, and for this reason we create a plan, but when it gets out of hand, going further beyond reality and making us begin to demand excessively from ourselves to comply with the established steps to get there faster or perhaps take other faster paths without even caring about our physical and emotional well-being, being there when we begin to hurt ourselves, for this reason we must be realistic and have clear and precise objectives, nothing is impossible, but everything is in a process, it being important that we can meet these according to our development, little by little, without the need to alter the nature of our capacity, or take us to a dangerous limit of demand, without being able to enjoy the whole process properly.
Cuando queremos lograr algo en pro de nuestro beneficio, se debe tener en claro que es un proceso, que ninguna meta se logra de la noche a la mañana, y por ello creamos una planificación, pero cuando se nos escapa de nuestras manos, yendo más allá de la realidad y haciendo que comencemos a exigirnos de sobremanera el cumplir con los pasos establecidos para llegar más rápido o quizás tomar otros rumbos más rápidos sin importarnos ni siquiera nuestro bienestar físico y emocional, siendo ahí cuando comenzamos a hacernos daño, por ello debemos ser realistas y tener objetivos claros y precisos, nada es imposible, pero todo es un proceso, siendo importante que podamos cumplir estos de acuerdo a nuestro desenvolvimiento, poco a poco, sin necesidad de alterar la naturaleza de nuestra capacidad, o de llevarnos a un límite peligroso de exigencia, sin poder disfrutar todo el proceso cómo es debido.
It's hard to see the light at the end of so much darkness, but it's not impossible. Each one of us has the possibility of advancing at their own pace and in their own time, however it is so important not to get caught up in such negative thoughts, even if it is difficult, we are stronger than them and even if we are in moments of crisis, with a sea of feelings we don't understand, we can still get out there and move on with our goals. Accepting that in all paths there are good and bad paths, that we must learn and improve ourselves from both.
Es difícil ver la luz al final de tanta oscuridad, pero no es imposible. Cada uno de nosotros tenemos la posibilidad de avanzar a su ritmo y a su tiempo, sin embargo es tan importante no dejarnos atrapar por los pensamientos tan negativos, aunque sea difícil, somos más fuertes que ellos y aunque estemos en momentos de crisis, con un mar de sentimientos que no entendemos, aún así podemos salir y continuar adelante con nuestras metas. Aceptando que en todos los caminos hay rumbos buenos y malos, que de ambos debemos aprender y superarnos.
These have been very difficult and forced times, but taking safe steps and trusting we are moving forward, going down a road full of successes, because we were all born to shine in our own way.
