A 1.6 litre container of yoghurt with this guy is worth about 8 dollars, which means that in a supermarket it must be in the 9 or 10 dollars, which would be priceless for a person who only earns 4 dollars a month.

Then I started thinking that I could share with them my liquid yogurt recipe, which has nothing to envy to the big commercial brands, well actually they would be the ones who would have to envy my yogurt and it's the price, because with approximately 7.5 $ I can make 6 liters of liquid yogurt free of any chemical and totally healthy.

Doing it is really easy, the only thing is that we will have to have a little patience because to make the yogurt you will have to wait at least about 12 hours, but without a doubt the waiting time is well worth it. 5 Liters of milk.
2 cans of natural firm yogurt.
500 gr of strawberry jam.
3 cups of sugar.

Hacerlo es realmente fácil, lo único es que tendremos que tener un poco de paciencia pues para hacer el yogurt tendrás que esperar al menos unas 12 horas, pero sin duda alguna el tiempo de espera bien lo vale. Para hacer esta receta utilice 5 litros de leche, pues el yogurt que normalmente hago para la semana, con eso toma mi hijo y mis padres, les quedara algo como lo que ven en la imagen, luego en una licuadora agregan un par de tazas de este yogurt y la mermelada de fresa.

Procesamos en la licuadora por unos 3 minutos para que la mermelada se integre muy bien.

Agregamos este licuado al resto del yogurt y adicionamos el azúcar, para luego mezclar e integrar todo muy bien con ayuda de un globo batidor.

Ahora solo nos queda envasar y refrigerar por al menos unas 4 horas, para disfrutar de esta delicia. Mi hijo adora tomar yogurt y esto le ayuda a fortalecer su sistema inmunológico y la flora bacteriana del estómago, por lo que se puede decir que ha sustituido el consumo de su biberón por el yogurt.

De esta cantidad de leche y mermelada obtenemos 6 litros de yogurt líquido, extrayendo además 3 botes de yogurt de 200 gr para tenerlos para una próxima elaboración, me gusta variar el sabor del yogurt con mermelada de moras, ciruelas o incluso de naranja, esta última es realmente deliciosa y por mucho mi favorita. sacando mis cálculos hacer 1 litro de yogurt con esta receta nos estaría costando aproximadamente 1.25$ es decir que el mismo envase de 1.6 litros que me ofrecieron en 8$ estaría costándome tan solo 2$, creo que es un ahorro considerable.
