Hola hivers, el día de hoy quise unirme a la iniciativa sobre autoestima de @gabrielazamora10. Para mi este es un tema de gran importancia, ya que el amor y valoración que cada persona tiene sobre sí mismo influye en todos los ámbitos de su vida, y muchas veces este es un tema que pocos tienen presente, o simplemente prefieren ignorarlo. La verdad son muchas las personas que en algún momento de su vida su autoestima se ha visto afectada por diferentes factores. Nadie conoce al 100% la situación o lucha de todos a su alrededor, es por ello que también debemos poner nuestro granito de arena y ser personas empáticas y respetuosas.
Hello hivers, today I wanted to join @gabrielazamora10 initiative on self-esteem. For me this is a subject of great importance, since the love and appreciation that each person has for himself influences all areas of his life, and many times this is an issue that few have in mind, or simply prefer to ignore it. The truth is that there are many people who at some point in their life their self-esteem has been affected by different factors. Nobody knows 100% the situation or struggle of everyone around them, that is why we must also do our bit and be empathetic and respectful people.
¿Te aceptas tal y como eres?
Si, debo confesar que me costaba un poco hacerlo, pero luego aprendí a amarme tal cual y como soy, con mis virtudes y defectos, y darme el valor que merezco. Cada persona es única!¿Tienes confianza en ti mismo?
Si, sé que con esfuerzo y dedicación puedo lograr todo lo que me propongo.¿Te importan las opiniones que los demás tengan de ti?
Sólo si son de personas cercanas a mí, que me aman y sé que quieren lo mejor para mí. El resto la verdad me da igual. Nadie tiene la obligación de complacer a nadie, y hagas lo que hagas siempre habrá alguien que va opinar diferente.

Yes, I must confess that it was a bit difficult for me to do it, but then I learned to love myself just as I am, with my strengths and weaknesses, and give myself the value I deserve. Each person is unique!

Yes, I know that with effort and dedication I can achieve everything I set my mind to.

Por supuesto, y me esfuerzo cada día por ello. Todas las personas lo merecen, así que nunca hagan caso si les dicen lo contrario. La felicidad depende de cada uno.
5.¿Te expresas con facilidad?
La verdad al principio me cuesta un poco, pero cuando ya estoy en confianza todo fluye.
6.¿Te alejarías de relaciones tóxicas?
Si, en mi vida solo quiero personas que sumen no que resten. Para mi es muy importante mi bienestar emocional.

Of course, and I strive every day for it. All people deserve it, so never listen if they tell you otherwise. Happiness depends on each one.

Yes, in my life I only want people who add not subtract. My emotional well-being is very important to me.

Por supuesto, me gusta expresar mi punto de vista y que este sea respetado y convalidado.

Si, todo lleva su tiempo, pero lo he hecho.

Yes, everything takes time, but I have done it.

En ocasiones me cuesta un poco cuando se trata de personas cercanas a mí, ya que siempre quiero ayudar, y dar lo mejor. Pero cuando es necesario soy firme y lo hago.
10.¿Aceptas las críticas?
Depende de la persona, y la forma en que lo haga. No tengo problemas siempre y cuando sea de forma constructiva y respetuosa.

Sometimes it costs me a bit when it comes to people close to me, since I always want to help, and do my best. But when it is necessary I am firm and I do it.

It depends on the person, and the way you do it. I have no problems as long as it is constructive and respectful.
