1 YEAR AGO, WHERE WAS I FOUND?
A year ago I had a bad experience on the internet, the page to which I had dedicated so much was failing me. I was discouraged, sad and not knowing what to do. When you work in a company and it has problems, the administrative staff suffer the consequences, but I think that the employees suffer more since they are in a situation of not knowing whether to continue until the end and they tell you ¨I don't come anymore because the company went bankrupt ¨ or go out and save yourself and stop suffering with the dilemmas of the company. I saw it as when the Captain abandons the ship before its sinking (but I was not the Captain).
In my discouragement, I got a notification to join Hive, and I said why not? I try it for a while and if I see that it does not work either, I abandon it and look for another. To my surprise, Hive has been what I expected, a platform that serves its users, tells them how the project is going and is always aware that we are encouraged.
I feel part of this great family, that's how they have made me see it. They are pending to remove new communities and every day more are added. They communicate everything to us about progress and setbacks, so that we are aware of everything that happens on the platform and many times we collaborate with the solution. I feel integrated into my work and it is thanks to the attention that the company has paid to the worker. Everything works in harmony when the accounts are clear and the cards on the table. In this year I have grown a lot and it has been thanks to the communities and the kind people that I have gotten here and I have to be grateful for that.

HACE 1 AÑO, DÓNDE ME ENCONTRABA ?
Hace un año pasé por una mala experiencia en el internet, la página a la que le había dedicado tanto me estaba fallando. Me encontraba desanimada, triste y sin saber qué hacer. Cuando tú trabajas en una empresa y ella tiene problemas, los administrativos sufren las consecuencias, pero opino que los empleados las sufren más ya que se encuentran en una situación de no saber si continuar hasta el fin y te digan ¨Ya no venga más porque la empresa quebró ¨ o salirte y salvarte y dejar de sufrir con los dilemas de la empresa. Yo lo veía como cuando el Capitán abandona el barco ante su hundimiento (pero yo no era el Capitán).
Dentro de tanto desanimo, me llegó una notificación para unirme a Hive, y yo dije por qué no ? La pruebo un tiempo y si veo que tampoco funciona la abandono y busco otra. Para mi sorpresa, Hive ha sido lo que yo esperaba, una plataforma que atiende a sus usuarios, les comenta como va el proyecto y siempre está pendiente de que estemos animados.
Me siento parte de esta gran familia, así me lo han hecho ver. Están pendientes de sacar nuevas comunidades y cada día se suman más. Nos comunican todo sobre los avances y los tropiezos, para que nosotros estemos al tanto de todo lo que pasa en la plataforma y muchas veces colaboramos con la solución. Me siento integrada a mi trabajo y es gracias a la atención que la empresa le ha prestado al trabajador. Todo funciona en armonía cuando las cuentas están claras y las cartas sobre la mesa. En este año he crecido mucho y ha sido gracias a las comunidades y a la gente amable que he conseguido aquí y eso lo tengo que agradecer.
Deseo para Hive todo lo mejor y mucho éxito, que perdure por 1.000 años o más y que nos siga brindando tanto cariño y como deber de usario me comprometo (como ya lo estoy) a colaborar con la blockchain y publicar y publicar y publicar y no cansarme de publicar.
No quiero irme sin comentar el Meet Up que se realizó este fin de semana, el cual me dio mucho ánimo para seguir y me brindó la confianza de saber que estoy en buenas manos y que si la empresa mejora, mejoran sus empleados, hay más alegría para trabajar y veo que están esforzándose para que conozcamos los por menores de la plataforma.
