“Hay suficiente luz en el mundo para que todos brillen"

Esta es mi entrada a la iniciativa creada por @tripode, en su concurso “Energy Refill” en la cual, ella pide que reflexionemos sobre una frase cada semana en donde expresemos de manera reflexiva y positiva nuestras capacidades.
This is my entry to the initiative created by @tripode, in her contest "Energy Refill" in which, she asks us to reflect on a phrase each week where we express our capabilities in a reflective and positive way.
Quieres hacer de este mundo un paraíso, empieza por: ¡Sonreír y agradecer! … No hay que apagar la luz del otro para lograr que brille la nuestra… Exprime toda tu energía en hacer brillar a las personas que tienes a tu lado. A cuántas más mejor, en la medida que puedas y usando los canales que tienes a tu alcance.
Las personas que obtienen grandes resultados no lo hacen por casualidad. Las personas que obtienen grandes resultados no lo hacen por casualidad, ya que las personas que consiguen más resultados están sumamente orientadas a los demás.
Hacen todo poniendo el foco en los demás, consiguen algo no apto para mortales, trascender de su ego, de sus miedos, de sus limitaciones, de sus necesidades de refuerzo con el fin de aportar el mayor valor a los demás.
Sólo logras crecer cuando dejas de darte importancia y de ponerte en el centro de las intervenciones y te percibes a ti mismo como un mero facilitador. Un medio para que los demás, a través de lo que tú tienes que ofrecerle al mundo, logren sus objetivos, les resuelvas su problema y les ayudes a brillar. O a ser mejores, o que tengan su necesidad (la que sea, desde comer ensalada hasta las más sofisticadas estrategias bursátiles) resuelta.
El brillo es ilimitado, las estrellas brillan todas a la vez, de forma simultánea y cada una tiene su encanto, su atractivo, su para qué. Y si por separado son bellas, todas juntas forman un espectáculo increíble.
Hacer brillar a los demás tiene sus beneficios, cuando no quieres acaparar, cuando no quieres que el foco se centre en ti si no que desde tu posición bonita, brillante y única señalas, destacas y pones en valor lo bonito de los demás, todo te vendrá dado vuelta. De una u otra forma, de esas u otras personas, pero te llegará. No es una apuesta al sol, es lógica pura.
Eres la suma de todas las personas que ayudas a brillar y no te canses de ver la luz que los demás tienen para darle al mundo. Es la mejor luz que puede acompañarte y la única forma posible de que tú se la puedas dar a los demás.
Y ahora brilla sin miedo, porque recuerda que cuando brillas, eres indestructible.

You want to make this world a paradise, start with: Smile and thank! ... You don't have to turn off the other's light to make ours shine ... Squeeze all your energy into making the people around you shine. How many more the better, as far as you can and using the channels you have at your fingertips.
People who get great results don't do it by chance. People who get great results don't do it by chance, as people who get the most results are highly other-oriented.
They do everything by focusing on others, they achieve something not suitable for mortals, transcending their ego, their fears, their limitations, their needs for reinforcement in order to provide the greatest value to others.
You only manage to grow when you stop giving yourself importance and putting yourself at the center of the interventions and you perceive yourself as a mere facilitator. A means for others, through what you have to offer the world, achieve their goals, solve their problem and help them shine. Or to be better, or have their need (whatever, from eating salad to the most sophisticated trading strategies) solved.
The brightness is unlimited, the stars shine all at the same time, simultaneously and each one has its charm, its appeal, its why. And if separately they are beautiful, all together they form an incredible show.
Making others shine has its benefits, when you do not want to monopolize, when you do not want the focus to be centered on you, but from your beautiful, bright and unique position you point out, stand out and value the beauty of others, everything is it will come upside down. One way or another, from those or other people, but it will come to you. It is not a bet on the sun, it is pure logic.
You are the sum of all the people you help to shine and don't get tired of seeing the light that others have to give to the world. It is the best light that can accompany you and the only possible way that you can give it to others.
And now shine without fear, because remember that when you shine, you are indestructible.
