It is no longer a hear say what many employees pass through in their respective places of work. From harassment, delayed salaries and wages, forced labour, intimidation and illegal deduction from employees salaries.
Well, many work places practice these and go away with them free especially in Africa countries due to the employees ignorance of the law and conventions that protects them.
Effective this Friday , i will be discussing various sections of employees right as enshrined in the labour law and International Labour Organization's (ILO) conventions.
