#4. TAKE REGULAR BREAKS:
No, don't give up! But it's okay to take out some time to rest, relax and clear up your mind and unpack stress. Remember, you've got to be your best self before your best would really count.
#5. GET ENOUGH SLEEP:
A good sleep has got a magical way of restoring lost energy, refreshing a worn soul and resetting a clouded mind.
#6. PLAN YOUR DAY'S ACTIVITIES:
Don't start a day untill you've had it planned. "He who fails to plan, has planned to fail" the sage says.
DECIDE the day's activities, BREAK them into bits and ARRANGE them in sequence.
#7. EAT GOOD FOOD:

Remember, we are what we eat.
