¿Sueles tirar los vegetales viejos que tienes en el refrigerador?
Do you usually throw away the old vegetables you have in the fridge?
Normalmente cuando tenemos vegetales que están un poco viejos los tiramos a la basura, pensamos que ya no sirven para cocinar o que han perdido sus propiedades y sabor, eso es un total error, aun puedes darle uso y recrear con ellos deliciosos platos.
Normally when we have vegetables that are a little old we throw them away, we think they are no longer good for cooking or that they have lost their properties and flavor, that is a total mistake, you can still use them and recreate with them delicious dishes.
Uno de los platos que puedes recrear con los vegetales viejos es la sopa, no requiere de mucho esfuerzo y es una comida que reconfortar en un día lluvioso. Actualmente en mi país Venezuela estamos en temporada de lluvias, así que; decidí matar dos pájaros de un tiro, utilice los vegetales viejos que tenia en el refrigerador y recree una comida perfecta para el clima lluvioso.
One of the dishes you can recreate with the old vegetables is the soup, it does not require much effort and it is a meal to comfort on a rainy day. Currently in my country Venezuela it is the rainy season, so; I decided to kill two birds with one stone, use the old vegetables I had in the refrigerator and recreate a perfect meal for the rainy weather.
Esta sopa se hace en cuestión de minutos, verán que la preparación es muy simple y el resultado es indudablemente delicioso y saludable.
This soup is made in a matter of minutes, you will see that the preparation is very simple and the result is undoubtedly delicious and healthy.
