El juego en sus diversas expresiones es una acción del ser humano llena de mucho significado, pues, además de ser factor de diversión (un ingrediente tan necesario en la vida) también es bueno para la salud, el equilibro en el desarrollo personal, crecimiento en valores y hasta revelador de la propia personalidad, pues, como dice un refrán “En la mesa y en el juego, se conoce al caballero”.
En la lista personal que he preparado voy a presentar dentro de los tres primeros puestos a las que considero como las tres principales disciplinas deportivas, luego se cederán los siguientes a un juego virtual y uno de mesa. Así, pues, empecemos…

The game in its various expressions is an action of the human being full of much meaning, because, besides being a factor of fun (an ingredient so necessary in life) is also good for health, balance in personal development, growth in values and even revealing the own personality, because, as a saying goes "At the table and in the game, you know the gentleman".
In the personal list that I have prepared I will present within the first three positions those that I consider like the three main sport disciplines, then the following ones will be yielded to a virtual game and one of table. So, let's start...
FÚTBOL
Sin lugar a duda es el deporte rey, ya que aglomera en torno a sí una gran cantidad de fanáticos y el que es cultivado en la mayor parte del mundo sobre todo por jóvenes que hasta sueñan y hacen todo lo posible por quedar seleccionados en los mejores equipos.
Mi caso fue parecido, no porque soñara o quedara en un equipo, sino porque fue el deporte que más practiqué en mi época de adolescente y en la juventud por juntar a la vez cosas como velocidad y resistencia, táctica y estrategia, defensa y contraataque, etc. En este sentido, lo considero uno de los deportes más completos.
FOOTBALL

My case was similar, not because I dreamed or stayed in a team, but because it was the sport that I practiced the most in my teenage years and in my youth for bringing together things like speed and resistance, tactics and strategy, defense and counterattack, etc. In this sense, I consider it one of the most complete sports.
BEISBOL
Justamente se merece este puesto, después del de fútbol, ya que también es practicado en varios países pero a diferencia de aquél tiene jugadores activos no sólo entre los jóvenes sino también en unos que ya no lo son tanto.
También practiqué este deporte pero sobre todo en mi infancia, donde incluso estuve en un equipo cerca de mi hogar. Es un juego más pasivo que el anterior pero que no deja de crear tensión entre sus participantes, ya que en cualquier inning o turno al bate – sobre todo si vienen los más hábiles – se pueden impulsar algunas carreras que hagan llevar la ventaja.
Baseball

BALONCESTO
Una vez escuché que es también uno de los deportes más completos y… déjenme contarles que es correcto, ya que el movimiento constantemente de un lado de la cancha al otro, saltar buscando el balón y bloquear al equipo contrario hace trabajar prácticamente todos los músculos del cuerpo humano.
Hubo una época en mi adolescencia que le tomé mucho cariño a este deporte, iba todos los días a la cancha a jugarlo y enseñaba al que no sabía cómo, ya que es un juego donde fácilmente puedes no sólo divertirte y pasar un buen rato sino quemar unas cuántas calorías.
BASKETBALL

FIFA (PlayStation)
Entre los juegos virtuales sin lugar a dudas escojo al juego de Fútbol de la FIFA en el PlayStation, que se actualiza cada año y que cuando lo estoy jugando si no estoy atento puedo pasar de largo horas y horas, ya que es para mí sumamente adictivo sobre todo cuando lo juego con otra persona.
Me gusta planificar estrategias para los partidos y practicar jugadas pero sobre todo me meto en los personajes de los equipos que selecciono para jugar. También me encanta que presenta la oportunidad de jugar varias ligas e incluso a nivel de países.
FIFA (PlayStation)
Among the virtual games I certainly choose the FIFA Football game on the PlayStation, which is updated every year and when I'm playing it if I'm not careful I can spend hours and hours, since it is for me extremely addictive especially when I play it with someone else.
I like to plan strategies for the matches and practice moves but above all I get into the characters of the teams I select to play. I also love that it presents the opportunity to play in several leagues and even at country level.
AJEDREZ
Como juego de mesa aunque tengo varios favoritos, de hecho hace poco realicé un post sobre uno, he elegido para esta ocasión al ajedrez, ya que aunque es un juego de mucha paciencia y análisis, en él no deja de tener un papel importante la adrenalina, ya que por ejemplo es lo que me ha llevado a aprender a jugarlo.
Me emociona el hecho de poder hacer buenas jugadas, ir tomando piezas de mi contrincante y acorralar al rey hasta hacerle jaque mate. Además, la aplicación de este juego a la vida es casi que literal, ya que en ella uno no puede tomar decisiones a la ligera.
CHESS
As a board game, although I have several favorites, in fact I recently made a post about one, I have chosen for this occasion to chess, because although it is a game of much patience and analysis, it does not cease to have an important role in the adrenaline, because for example is what has led me to learn to play it.
I am excited to be able to make good moves, take pieces from my opponent and corner the king until he is checkmated. In addition, the application of this game to life is almost literal, since in it one cannot make decisions lightly.
