Hello guys it's week #16 of #learnandearn, another week of excitement and fun. This week went by so fast that I got confused about each day of the week but here we are in the last day of the week recalling all what we have learnt through the lovely contents we have read this week. As usual, I will start up the next phase of the contest by sharing with you some of the lovely content I read and I learnt something from before opening up the next phase of the contest.
I prefer using ecency frontend in commenting and not posting content because the features of peakd editor made writing more easier but I was amazed this week when I was having difficulty uploading photos in peakd thinking it was due to bad network, I decided to try a different frontend which was ecency, then I noticed the new changes in the editor. I can easily choose which community I want my post to be unlike before and the autocomplete feature in choosing a tag for each post. That's really great but I would also love it if they work on autocomplete in writing a users name. With all these new changes, I have switched to writing my content in ecency and I am loving it, @ecency thanks for the update.

From @soyunasantacruz contest which is about mind games and thorough thinking in giving answers to each question ask, through her contest, I read about mills blade and treadmill. At first, my understanding of treadmill was different from what it really is, I never knew that treadmill is an exercise machine for workout even though I have heard it in some conversation. In my quest in trying to understand more on mills blade, there I also researched and understood the difference between them.

Normally, I easily trust people putting behind any doubt that anyone may have towards them but for myself, I know there are somethings I can't trust myself with but not really challenging stuff but there are some things I do that once in a certain time, I told myself that I needed to reduce such things and I end up still doing them. #Hive have been a good distraction for me in cutting down the hours I spent in watching a movie, now I hardly have the time to see a movie even though I miss those days. I'm glad I overcame that and the other is still a work in process. @freidimar18 made me understand the importance of trusting oneself before extending that trust to others, so now I have to trust myself more before trusting others in other to balance the equation.

I enjoy reading birthday content because its always full of love and its expression one way or the other not to mention the different lovely cakes and food in each post or the way in which each person decides to celebrate. In @maeugenia birthday post, which was a family outing, it's so lovely the actions of her daughter who took her shopping with the little she had from her per-time job. That action made me understand that we should always remember to celebrate our parents no matter how little it may be, it shows that we care and it brings joy to them.
How do you feel when no one remembers your birthday?

Most times we don't always have all we want or desire to have, the time you expect people to consider and reach out to you may not be the time you will get that desire granted. Most times in some challenges we face that makes us feel bad, we just gat to over look them and move on but the most important of them all is not to tie your happiness to people. If no one celebrates you, celebrate yourself as much as you can and make the best of that moment. One of the purpose of hive celebrate with... is to reach out to contents such as this.
My son's Birthday Celebration with Cake and Pasta!

Reading this content made me crave for pasta and I so much love the recipe and the way the result looks, I just wish I could make one for myself now. It was @chetanpadliya son's birthday and he shared the recipe of this dish and cake which was used for the celebration. I learnt another recipe in preparing pasta and I also learnt that we should try to grant the wish of our children as long its within our budget. It may not be much, it may be the type of meal they would love to have in their birthday or a toy.
For week #15 we had a total of two entry including mine and our winners has received their hive.
So this ends week 15 #learnandearn, lets go over to week 16. I understand why its difficult for you guys to enter the contest, maybe because you have to wait till when the week is about to end before writing your blog and by then you must have forgotten some of your engagements, but you can always recall going through your comment in your blog, there you can find every comment you made which can help you locate the post of each comment. By this you don't need a journal if you are the type that don't use one
