This thing called emotional stress.
The pressure of having to survive everyday life is unbearable at times. Intimidation, peer pressure rises, misunderstanding, you really don't want it to get to you but sadly it magically does.
You try hard for it not to get to you. No way, that's literally what you breath in daily.
What to do? What to do?
Depression sets in, next totally giving up on life fills your mind.
The only option you think of is ending it by commiting suicide, yes it clouds your mind.
There is no help coming, there is no saving grace.
You feel talking about it will cause you danger by making you more depressed.
You can't even face it, your believe is about to explode.
And when it is done, then only will people start coming out to understand how you felt.
Some will pity you, some will blame your corpse.
Others will criticize the situation.
What is the use? You are no more.
Emotional stress is real and can be life threatening.
I recently experience a little stress, I fought it and was able not to go deep.
Truth is, what I used to hold myself was.
"You will be fine"
"It's just a stage that will pass"
"What will happen if you give up"
"You are not the only one who have felt this way"
"You will live to remember this day"
"You have lots of things to celebrate in no time"
"Shot your eyes and ears, walk through the storm in boldness"
"Failure is not the end"
And lots more, it has to do with a lot to survive this.
Life can be mean at times, but never ever give in to asking questions with lots of "why?" or use the words with "if" and "I wish".
Those will suppress your mind.
You have to live for yourself, it's good to be alive.
