En donde vivimos ha estado lloviendo en cantidades impresionantes a causa del huracan Elsa que estuvo saludando recientemente a muchos paises, lamentablemente hay lugares fuera en donde se ha reportado perdida de vidas y de hogares, aqui gracias a Dios no se reportaron muertos por su causa pero muchas casas vieron graves consecuencias, muchas se inundaron, provocando que las personas pasaran horas tratando de sacar el agua de sus casas, el transporte por otro lado se dificultó pues hasta las camionetas tenian grandes dificultades para atravesar las lagunas formadas luego de horas de lluvia, carros pequeños no podían pasar, ahora, ¿imaginan a las personas que tenían que andar a pie?

Al llegar la tarde y estar las calles más despejadas, salimos a cantar cumpleaños, mi tio preparó sus tortas, dos brazos gitanos increibles, el de crema chantilly es de mis favoritos, las tortas de chocolate ya no me resultan tan apetitosas, creo que es porque las he comido con mucha frecuencia y mi estomago ya me grita un claro: Amiga, no mas! Sin embargo, la idea de hacer dos brazos gitanos de distinto sabor ha sido de las mejores ideas de mi tío, esto con el objeto de que pudiéramos disfrutar de las tortas de cumpleaños con nuevos y mas ricos sabores, ha sido una bendición. Disfrutamos, compartimos y partimos nuevamente a casa pues podia llover nuevamente.

Hoy amaneció el día super soleado, por lo que decidimos salir a comprar queso y algunas cosas, justo al momento de salir, boom, comenzó una lluvia torrencial de la nada, de igual forma salimos rapidamente, nuestra primera parada fue la casa de nuestra abuela, para llevar unas cosas, y luego salimos a comprar queso, el kilo estaba en 1.5$ estaba mas económico que en otros lugares, tambien aprovechamos para comprar pan, salsas, y salchichas para hacer unos perros calientes de almuerzo.

Picamos cebolla, tomates, lechuga, rallamos una zanahoria y queso, mi papá preparó mayonesa, y pusimos a sancochar las salchichas, al estar todo listo armamos los perros calientes, quedaron muy ricos.

El cielo se terminó de despejar y se vió bellisimo, nuestros girasoles florecen, el clima se torna delicioso, compartimos y disfrutamos en familia, paso a paso vamos creciendo, estamos sanos y salvos, amigos, al final del dia hay cosas tan simples que en ocasiones damos por sentado sin recordar que en la simpleza esta la maravilla de la vida...
