Mi Experiencia en Hive / My experience at HIVE
En primer lugar, hoy quiero dar gracias a la comunidad de @votovzla a @theycallmedan y especialmente a @enrique89, por el #FEEDBACK INICIATIVE, pues me motivaron a realizar esta publicación y me parece excelente su propuesta, porque nos permite generar retroalimentación dentro de la plataforma, tan necesaria para crecer individualmente y en comunidad, ya que podemos dar a conocer nuestras ideas y al mismo tiempo conocer las ideas de otros. ¡JUNTOS SUMAMOS MÁS!.
First of all, today I want to thank the @votovzla community @theycallmedan and especially @ enrique89, for the #FEEDBACK INICIATIVE, because they motivated me to make this publication and I think their proposal is excellent, because it allows us to generate feedback within the platform, so necessary to grow individually and in community, since we can make our ideas known and at the same time know the ideas of others. Ahora bien, mi experiencia en Hive comenzó a mediados de Mayo del año en curso, debido a que estaba en búsqueda de alternativas para generar ingresos. En el año 2018, conocí la red social Steemit, por casualidades de la vida, ya que había ingresado a trabajar en una café de mi ciudad y una compañera de trabajo, estaba hablando de dicha plataforma con sus amigos y yo que estaba cerca escuche toda la conversación, al final de la jornada laboral, me fui con mucha curiosidad a casa y me coloque a investigar sobre esto, la verdad me pareció muy interesante la idea de monetizar tus ideas y decidí abrir mi cuenta. Comencé a publicar y cada día aprendía un poco más sobre las criptomomendas, en mi opinión me resultó emocionante. Y así me inicie en el mundo de las Blockchains.
Now, my experience at Hive began in mid-May of the current year, because I was looking for alternatives to generate income. In 2018, I met the social network Steemit, by chance of life, since I had entered to work in a cafe in my city and a co-worker, I was talking about this platform with his friends and I, who was nearby, heard all the conversation, at the end of the working day, I went home very curious and I began to investigate this, the truth was I found the idea of monetizing your ideas very interesting and I decided to open my account. I started publishing and every day I learned a little more about cryptocurrencies, in my opinion it was exciting. And so I started in the world of Blockchains.
Por cuestiones de mis estudios, me aleje de Steemit un tiempo. Este año decidí regresar, porque al fin y al cabo me encanta escribir y compartir mi vida y mis conocimientos con ustedes. Es por esta razón, que comenzando a escribir de nuevo en Steemit, leí en una publicación que actualmente existía una Bifurcación de esta cadena de bloques y su nombre era Hive, como soy curiosa, me puse a investigar y en estas andanzas me fije que esta nueva red social funcionaba de la misma manera que Steemit y que además podía ingresar a esta plataforma con mi usuario y contraseña de Steemit, de inmediato llamo mi atención y me puse en marcha a aprender y redactar mi primer publicación en esta nueva red.
For reasons of my studies, I stayed away from Steemit for a while. This year I decided to return, because after all I love to write and share my life and my knowledge with you. It is for this reason that, starting to write again in Steemit, I read in a publication that there is currently a Bifurcation of this blockchain and its name was Hive, as I am curious, I started to investigate and in these adventures I noticed that this new social network worked in the same way as Steemit and that I could also enter this platform with my Steemit username and password, immediately caught my attention and I started to learn and write my first publication on this new network.
Hive me abrió las puertas y yo me instale y así comenzó mi camino aquí, de verdad he conocido gente increíble con talentos y habilidades maravillosas, que comparten su contenido libremente. Se puede aprender mucho si pones atención a las publicaciones que son de tu interés. Hay gente muy agradable que está dispuesta también a iniciarte y a guiarte en este camino de ser escritor de tu propio contenido. Yo soy una y estoy a la orden, me pueden escribir en los comentarios si desean que los guie, será una linda experiencia y un placer para mí.
Hive opened doors for me and I settled in and that's how my journey began here, I have truly met incredible people with wonderful talents and abilities, who freely share their content. You can learn a lot if you pay attention to the publications that are of interest to you. There are very nice people who are also willing to initiate you and guide you on this path of being a writer of your own content. Finalmente, Hive me ha cambiado la vida, me ha ayudado a desarrollar mi creatividad, a mejorar mi escritura, a conocer de otros temas que no manejaba tanto, a crecer profesionalmente, gracias a los cursos gratuitos de la comunidad @votovzla, a expresar mi talento en el Karaoke de @minnowsupport y también a monetizar mi contenido. ¡Un súper combo de beneficios!

¿Qué mejoras le harías a Hive? / What improvements would you make to Hive?
Que haya un espacio dentro de la plataforma de iniciación, con los tutoriales más importantes para que sea mucho más fácil para las nuevas personas comenzar a hacer vida en la red social.
Me gustaría que cada comunidad explicara las bases, tags, requisitos y recomendaciones para publicar en estas y que tengan una breve descripción del tipo de contenido que se puede publicar en las mismas.
Me gustaría que la plataforma tuviera su propia aplicación en Android y en IOS.
Me gustaría que funcionara el sistema de referidos para hacer de esta propuesta más interesante ya que es atractivo para muchos la idea de generar ingresos a través de la promoción de la red social, lo que contribuiría de forma positiva a al crecimiento de los usuarios en la plataforma.

Para invitar a mis amigos a Hive, yo les muestro mis publicaciones y les comienzo a hablar de la plataforma en base a mi propia experiencia ya que mi contenido es mi producto y mi marca y otros se verán interesados si una persona que conocen, en este caso yo, resulta beneficiada con las bondades de esta red social. También comparto con ellos publicaciones de sus gustos e intereses. Todo esto con la finalidad de lograr un enganche a través de la recomendación. Por otra parte, comparto mi link en mis redes sociales para expandir los canales de distribución de mi contenido para que otros tengan acceso a la plataforma.
