Buenas noches queridos Hivers, espero se encuentren bien y hayan pasado un fantástico miércoles... En ésta oportunidad, compartiré con ustedes una saludable y nutritiva manera de preparar unas exquisitas "arepas asadas con verduras mixtas".
La magia de ésta receta la encontramos en el delicioso contraste que adquiere la masa al integrar nuestros apetitosos ingredientes y en la consistencia suave y crocante que logramos en el proceso de cocción... Un manjar al paladar!
Pongámonos el delantal y empecemos nuestro divertido y maravilloso proceso...
